Hello, K-pop fans! NEWBEAT has just dropped their pre-release track, “JeLLo (Sleepers)”—and there’s more to come with their debut on March 24!
NEWBEAT, the latest addition to Beat Interactive’s impressive lineup—home to acclaimed groups like A.C.E. and Forestella—is gearing up to make their official debut on March 24, 2025, with their first full album, RAW AND RAD.
Ahead of their highly anticipated debut, NEWBEAT released a pre-release single titled “JeLLo (Sleepers)” on March 5, 2025. This track offers a glimpse into their upcoming album, setting the stage for what’s to come.
The track’s Korean title, “힘숨찐,” is a Korean abbreviation for “a nerd or geek with hidden strength,” or someone who appears weak or ordinary on the outside but possesses hidden strength.
Meanwhile, the song’s title, “JeLLo,” a playful twist on the word “Hello,” tells the story of an individual who may seem unremarkable at first but reveals extraordinary powers in crucial moments—symbolizing themes of love, salvation, and sacrifice.

NEWBEAT: From Street Performers to Rising K-pop Stars
NEWBEAT’s debut has been highly anticipated since 2024, gaining attention through their U.S. busking performances and appearances as backup dancers for their labelmates, A.C.E.
The seven-member boy group under Beat Interactive consists of Park Minseok, Hong Minsung, Jeon Yeoyeojeong, Choi Seohyun, Kim Taeyang, Jo Yunhu, and Kim Riwoo. Previously known as HinLOVE, the members showcased their talents by participating in A.C.E’s music videos and performances.
In July and August 2024, they joined A.C.E on stage at KCON LA as backup dancers and embarked on a busking tour titled HIGH&LOW Donuts, where they collaborated with various U.S.-based dance crews, further building excitement for their debut.
