On July 16, Kim Jinhwan disclosed the track list, followed by schedule releases of the “We Can’t Explain” concept photo on July 17 and performance video teasers on July 22. Also, the “OBEY” concept photo on July 23, the “We Can’t Explain” release on July 24, the 207 highlight medley, the “OBEY” concept film on July 28, and the music video teaser on July 29.
