The album has eight new songs in total. The title track, “청춘에게 (Youth2Youth),” tells the stories that the narrator, as a youth, wishes to tell other youths. “KILLSHOT” sends a powerful message about eliminating oppression and anything that keeps you from being who you truly are. “Breathe in Love” captures the overwhelming sensation of uncontrollably falling in love—to the point of being unable to breathe. The message of the song “Painkiller” is to be a light that eases the suffering of youth.

“Dominate,” by rap unit KEUM, BAEKSENG, AYDEN, and JEFF, expressed youth’s helplessness and despair against invisible forces. “Lay Up” raises awareness regarding the power and energy that are unique to youth and the associated responsibilities. WISH, MU, A-MIN, and YEWANG’s “말할 수 있는 비밀 (My Secret)” expresses confidence in sharing their secrets. Lastly, the pre-release of “졸업식 (Graduation Day)” on February 5th embodied their beautiful moment of youth.
