In an interview with Billboard, Jaehyun, the band’s leader, explains how they prepared for their performance, saying, “Yes, so we prepared our new band arrangements, all the songs, and BOYNEXTDOORs like passionate energy. And we’re also looking forward to our fans and Lollapalooza’s fans’ energy. So, it’s gonna be a whole different stage.”
The day before their festival slot, they played part in the Lollapalooza 2025 Aftershows at House of Blues. In addition, the group’s maknae, Woonhak, admits that he is nervous because the event is their first time performing at Lollapalooza.
Furthermore, they performed at KCON in Los Angeles last year and Lollapalooza in Chicago this year. The boys were appreciative of this wonderful chance to perform on a larger stage and meet more ONEDOORS (their fandom).
