It’s a sizzling hot collaboration as KARD’s BM and Jay Park, putting in a familiar sultry vibe to the song.
The latest solo single “Nectar” from BM brings in a new version of his music style. Two versions of the music video are posted— an official music video that incredibly depicts the song in full visuals. Moreover, the other version is a performance MV that focuses on BM and Jay Park’s dance power skills.
It is a refreshing take on the K-music scene as it brings somewhat of a reggaeton type of beat. Including a very catchy dance step to follow through for his solo single: ‘Nectar’. Better yet it is one TikTok dance challenge to take on.
BM and Jay Park are definitely in their element, taking the R&B genre “bad boy” vibes to the peak level with “Nectar.”
“Overseas K-pop fans call it ‘adult K-pop,’ and I seemingly have become the icon of the genre — and I’m thankful for that,” BM said in an interview with Korea JoongAng Daily.

“I think that allows me to be more free, different from the albums released under the KARD name,” he added.
The KARD bachelor also shared that this collaboration with Jay Park is a dream come true.
“I was already a fan of Jay Park when I joined the audition show [‘K-pop Star’ (2011)], and I made the decision to be a singer looking at his stages,” BM excitedly shared.
“To sing the same song with him made me think that I’d come all the way here just for this moment,” he said.
The KARD superstar also said that his fans need to look out for a more mature side he would be sharing in the future, just like the theme for his single “Nectar.”
“I know people will think weird things, but I won’t be doing those kinds of weird things,” BM said with a laugh. “I’m someone who likes to talk without filtering, and I also wanted to dance in a more sexy manner. I want the audience to feel like they are attending a fun party, including booze,” BM said.
BM is now on a solo tour, After the After Party in the US.
