During the interview, when asked if he knew any phrases in the Filipino language, Mew replied with a cheeky smile that he did, saying that he knew the phrase “I am pogi!” (I am handsome) and added some endearing gestures to it. He also talked nostalgically about his prior fan meet, inquiring if any attendees from that event were present.

As a versatile artist, he was then prompted to demonstrate his dancing skills and showcased a giddy dance routine.

When discussing his musical tastes, Mew offered a glimpse into his playlist, showcasing some of his tracks. He expressed his enjoyment of Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” by immediately singing a sample verse of the song. Additionally, he mentioned his fondness for TikTok songs, such as “Gento” by SB19. Furthermore, he also thought of the song “Despacito” as another song with a bubbly vibe. His wide range of musical tastes displays his interest in music.

Unleashing his wit and talent on wild guesses, Mew eagerly took part in the “Pinoy Henyo” game, where the challenge was to guess a word by proposing categories and phrases that corresponded to the hidden word. The audience could only respond by saying “Yes” or “No” until he successfully guessed the word within the allotted time. Although he initially hesitant at first and had trouble understanding the game’s mechanics, he quickly grasped the rules and started racking up points.

The words given to him to guess were closely related to him, including “Thailand,” “Chopper” (his dog), “Mew,” “Pad Thai” (a Thai dish), “Boss” (reflecting his role as a CEO), “Toys,” “Manila,” and “Mango.” When the timer started during his attempt to guess “Manila,” he swiftly gave the correct answer within the first second, earning cheers and applause from the audience.

Mew captivated the audience with his performance of his original masterpiece, “Spaceman.” As the music filled the venue, the crowd simultaneously sang along, immersed in the song’s emotion. “Spaceman” had a unique power to evoke a sense of longing, as if it was a melody that resonated with anyone searching for someone to enrich their life and make it brighter. It was then apparent that everyone in the hall was experiencing this same emotion.

Furthermore, as the event unfolded, Mew discussed his travel essentials. He mentioned bringing his charger but not a power bank because he found the charger sufficient. He also carries hand sanitizer and prefers using a fruity-scented perfume. Mew doesn’t bring an umbrella, and the host humorously pointed out that only Filipinos tend to carry umbrellas, which resonated with the audience. He also explained that he doesn’t bring a journal as his phone is adequate for his note-taking needs.

During his fan meet in Manila, Mew indulged in various Filipino snacks. He sampled banana chips, the popular merienda treat called Ensaymada, and the timeless favorite, Chocnut. Among these, his top pick turned out to be the banana chips. He also noted that banana chips are a common delight in Thailand. Overall, he expressed his fondness for the snacks he had the chance to try during the event.

Afterward, Mew conveys his heartfelt appreciation to his fans during his performance of the song “Seasons of You.” He aimed to connect with them on a more personal level by stepping off the stage and strolling down the aisle while singing. The fans enthusiastically joined in, singing along, waving their hands, and showing their unwavering support for him. The scene was truly enchanting and profoundly moving, creating a moment of genuine connection between the artist and his dedicated audience.

As the event neared its conclusion, Mewlions prepared a heartfelt video message expressing their love for their cherished artist. At the end of the video, the audience surprised him as they sang “With a Smile” in sync while waving their lightsticks and banners, representing their strong sense of unity and connection to one another.

In his closing remarks, Mew shared a thought that had been on his mind after hearing the messages and the song – “Mahal Kita” (which means “I love you” in Filipino). He followed this by saying, “Thank you, that was so cute,” which garnered him a chorus of awes from the crowd.

Additionally, Mewlions had prepared a cake that beautifully depicted the Filipino spirit, featuring their national symbols. As he took off the stage, Mew expressed his gratitude with the words “thank you” and “mahal kita.
