The members of ALAMAT are all fired up for Dagundong first solo concert coming in December!
ALAMAT is set to ignite the New Frontier Theater stage on December 1 with the highly anticipated first solo concert, Dagundong.
Formed in 2020 and debuting in February 2021, this event marks a significant milestone for the team and their beloved fans, the Magiliw.
Comprising six talented members from different linguistic and ethnic backgrounds, ALAMAT has honed their musical and dance skills through months of rigorous training. The group includes Alas (Mindanawon/Bisaya), Jao (Kapampangan), Tomas (Bicolano), R-Ji (Waray), Mo (Tagalog), and Taneo (Ilocano/Kalinga).
Their dedication to presenting flawless and applaudable performances extends to their continuous development under the hands of some of the Philippines’ esteemed entertainment coaches. This includes Zebedee Zuniga for vocals, Coach Jim Amen for dance, and music producers Thyro Alfaro, Jin Chan, CurseBox, Kennel Music, and Pat Castillo for personality development.

ALAMAT has consistently upheld its identity in the P-Pop industry, with a strong commitment to promoting Filipino music and culture. This is in alignment with the vision of its main proponent, Ninuno Media’s Direk Jason Paul Laxamana.
The group has already graced various stages, including the FIBA World Cup 2023 opening at the Philippine Arena last August and the recent 48th Season PBA Opening at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. However, the upcoming DAGUNDONG concert at the New Frontier Theater holds special significance, as it is their first solo concert and coincides with the release of their second album, ISAPUSO.
ALAMAT’s unwavering dedication and hard work have elevated their artistry. They were established as the second-biggest all-male P-Pop group in the country. The six-member ensemble has also been consistent in showcasing Filipino culture through their style and fashion. From walking the catwalk at BYS during the recent Pinoy Fashion Week to becoming “TelAmbassadors” for the Department of Science and Technology Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI).
