Sparks Fly, But Fate Fights Back in No Tail to Tell Episode 7
No Tail to Tell episode 7 opens with firefighters rescuing Si-yeol and Eun-ho. At the hospital, Pagun disguises himself as a doctor and warns Si-yeol not to provoke fate again. Eun-ho suddenly hugs Si-yeol, and he softens at her genuine concern.
However, the tenderness fades quickly, and awkwardness takes over. Soon enough, they start noticing each other’s looks and charm, which only makes things more complicated.
On their way home, Eun-ho complains about having no clothes, so Si-yeol reluctantly funds her dramatic shopping spree and nearly empties his wallet. Next, Geum-ho 2.0 appears to review their Good Deeds Project and reveals they earned nothing despite saving more than ten people.
Si-yeol quickly concludes that Eun-ho’s lingering selfishness cancels out their efforts. Meanwhile, Lee Yoon corners Woo-seok and asks for help, fearing Eun-ho’s revenge. When Woo-seok regains a fragment of his memory—one that exposes Eun-ho’s hidden weakness—Yoon offers to restore the rest in exchange for information, leaving Woo-seok torn between loyalty and temptation.
The Rules of Goodness
Back in Seoul, Si-yeol pushes for a smarter strategy. Instead of random rescues, he proposes doing something undeniably good to understand how spiritual power actually works.
As a result, they volunteer at a local nursing home. Even there, they cannot stop bickering while folding laundry and assisting the elderly. Still, beneath the arguing, they begin to function like a team.
While working, Eun-ho notices an elderly couple and questions how anyone can love the same person for decades. That curiosity shifts the mood, prompting both of them to confess their bleak romantic histories.
Si-yeol admits he always gets dumped, while Eun-ho reveals she avoided love out of fear of becoming human. She starts sulking, but Si-yeol lightens the atmosphere. Soon, a playful water fight erupts as they hang laundry, turning tension into laughter.
Meanwhile in No Tail to Tell episode 7, Lee Yoon returns to the country with Secretary Choi and resumes his hunt for Jang Do-cheol. Through careful research, Choi uncovers Do-cheol’s tragic past.
His wife and daughter suffered a curse and died miserably after he rejected his shamanic calling. With that revelation, Yoon gains a clearer picture of the hunter he plans to use—or destroy.

Eun-ho’s Forgotten Sins in No Tail to Tell Episode 7
As Si-yeol and Eun-ho finish their chores, he ends up drenched, and she grows flustered when he casually pulls off his shirt. However, the moment shatters when his new teammates arrive to volunteer, since the nursing home sponsors their football team.
To prevent rumors, Si-yeol quickly introduces Eun-ho as his girlfriend. The boys then assume he came to visit his grandmother, leaving him stunned to discover she is still alive.
Soon after, Si-yeol reunites with his grandmother and breaks down in tears as he hugs her. He apologizes for his past behavior, although in this altered life, he has already been a devoted grandson who visits often and takes her on trips.
Meanwhile, Coach Yong-gil softens and calls a truce, believing Si-yeol struggles with mounting medical bills. Si-yeol feels deeply moved when Yong-gil reveals he kept his name on the team roster to secure the sponsor discount.
Elsewhere in No Tail to Tell episode 7, an elderly man suddenly attacks Eun-ho and accuses her of wrongdoing. His family quickly intervenes and explains that dementia has made him unpredictable, though he is usually gentle.
When Eun-ho hears his name—Hwang Dong-sik—she freezes. She remembers him as a former client from thirty years ago, and the past begins to close in.
Ein-ho’s Confession to Si-yeol
That night, Si-yeol cooks dinner to lift Eun-ho’s spirits. Although he keeps things simple, the gesture carries weight. Eun-ho finally admits she believes the recent chaos serves as punishment for her past actions.
However, she struggles to identify her sins because she once treated human lives with indifference. Now that she feels everything, guilt hits harder.
In response, Si-yeol reframes the situation. He explains that he no longer views the fate switch as punishment, since it gave him a second chance with his grandmother. Then he gently asks whether she has experienced even one good moment as a human.
As she reflects, clarity strikes. Instead of naming a grand revelation, she blurts out the truth—she has developed feelings for him. Without hesitation, Eun-ho asks Si-yeol to date her in No Tail to Tell episode 7.
