The Twisted Fates in No Tail to Tell Episode 10
No Tail to Tell episode 10 opens with Eun-ho and Si-yeol rushing to the hospital. There, Pagun pulls Eun-ho aside and rebukes her for altering human fate. He reveals the truth: Si-yeol was destined for a brief rise and early death. While Woo-seok was meant to endure a long but painful life.
He then returns the Sajin Ritual Blade and orders her to stab her true love. This act will restore fate and turn her back into a fox. Otherwise, she will remain human and die. Shaken, Eun-ho returns to Si-yeol, who feels relieved that Woo-seok survived.
On their way home, she questions what makes Woo-seok so important to him. Si-yeol explains that true friendship means accepting flaws and making sacrifices. His words force Eun-ho to confront her own feelings and fears.
Still, she refuses Heaven’s terms and vows to protect Si-yeol no matter the cost. Soon after, doctors reveal that Woo-seok has late-stage heart cancer and only months to live. Horrified, Woo-seok realizes the cruel twist—this was never supposed to be his fate, but Si-yeol’s.
Woo-Seok’s Selfishness
Elsewhere, Si-yeol’s fourth-division teammates arrive at the field, only to find it locked. Coach Yong-gil has canceled training while he searches for a new sponsor. However, Geum-ho 2.0 appears and unlocks the gates with ease.
Beom instantly feels drawn to her and persuades everyone to skip practice for lunch instead. Later, he takes her to a pool hall to impress her. When he loses badly, Geum-ho 2.0 secretly uses her powers to help him win, saving his pride.
Meanwhile, Woo-seok summons Si-yeol and Eun-ho to the hospital. He apologizes for his past actions but quickly reveals his true motive—he wants their fates switched back immediately. Enraged, Eun-ho sends Si-yeol away and confronts Woo-seok alone.
She criticizes his selfishness but agrees to hide the truth from Si-yeol. In return, she proposes a secret deal that requires Woo-seok’s cooperation. Soon after, Eun-ho drags Si-yeol out to return a gift basket. They arrive at her former workplace, where Si-yeol offers to repay her debt. However, he freezes when he sees the manager—Yeon-su, the agent from his original life.

Eun-ho’s Jealousy
Eun-ho initially enjoys watching Si-yeol struggle. But her mood quickly shifts when he grows close to Yeon-su. He even invites Yeon-su and Hye-rim, another part-timer, to dinner. There, Yeon-su reveals that raising her children created a career gap that blocked her return to sports management.
Feeling responsible, Si-yeol recruits her to manage his fourth-division team and asks her to help secure a sponsor. However, Eun-ho grows jealous and sulks when he gives Yeon-su attention instead of her. He apologizes and explains his guilt, while Eun-ho reflects that meeting the right person can change someone’s fate.
Meanwhile, Geum-ho 2.0 attracts attention at the pool hall. Jeong-bae develops feelings for her, but she only focuses on Beom, which creates tension within the group. Soon after, Hye-rim calls Eun-ho because they accidentally switched phones.
Eun-ho learns that Hye-rim is Bong-chang’s daughter, the driver who died because of Lee Yoon. After investigating her situation, Eun-ho discovers the family’s financial struggles. As a result, she creates a scholarship foundation, pays their bills, and begins correcting her past wrongdoing.
Hidden Enemies in No Tail to Tell Episode 10
Determined to help more, Eun-ho spends lavishly on Si-yeol’s grandmother and supports the team. She charters a luxury bus and repays her teammates’ past expenses.
However, Coach Yong-gil suddenly leaves for a sponsor meeting. There, Yeon-su meets the sponsor and feels uneasy when she sees Lee Yoon behind the offer. He claims he wants to support the team, but his true motive remains suspicious.
At the same time, Geum-ho 2.0 visits her cave and faces Jang Do-cheol. He uses a cursed vajra bell, funded by Lee Yoon, to trap and control her with divine power.
Meanwhile, Eun-ho falls asleep on the team bus and has a disturbing dream. Pagun warns her that defying fate will bring irreversible consequences. The vision ends with Si-yeol stabbing her, leaving her shaken and afraid of what lies ahead.
