My Youth episode 10 opens with Hae receiving a call about his upcoming medical check-up while Je-yeon wakes up beside him in his bed. As they begin to talk, the conversation turns to the letter she wrote. Hae observes that the stationery looked old and points out that it felt like the person who started writing the letter was no longer the same person who finished it.

My Youth Episode 10 Recap: Family

Pil-doo, Chan, and Seok-joo send off Nu-ri for her exam. Seok-joo decides to buy coffee, while Chan and Pil-do walk around together, hand in hand. After Nu-ri finishes her exam, she spots Chan and Pil-doo sitting together. She takes a photo of them before Seok-joo catches up.

Back at Hae’s home, he works on the wedding bouquet while Je-yeon writes her hosting script for the ceremony. As she imagines the lines, she pictures herself and Hae at the altar. Hae holds the bouquet as she waits at the altar. The couple flirts playfully in Hae’s bedroom until Je-yeon notices Han-na’s business card. Hae explains it’s about the rights to his books, and Je-yeon encourages him to pursue it.

As Hae and Je-yeon whisper about how she’ll sneak out, the two guys eavesdrop from the living room. Geon-no confronts Hae for keeping Seok-joo in the dark about his condition after Seok-joo has left.

On her way home, Tae-rin runs into Seok-joo. He’s been loitering around the office for several nights. He says he’s there to get her number.

Je-yeon submits her resignation to Pil-doo. Chan suddenly shows up and gives snacks. He and Pil-doo discuss republishing Hae’s works.

Back home, Hae teases Nu-ri, but she accidentally hits him too hard. He gets hurt but pretends like it’s a joke. They laugh it off, and later, Hae drives Nu-ri to meet her mother.

Hae calls Seok-joo and asks him to accompany him to his next check-up. That night, Hae surprises Je-yeon at her apartment. When she asks about his check-up, he says Seok-joo will go with him.

Love and First Snow

At the hospital, Seok-joo learns about Hae’s illness. Overwhelmed, Seok-joo tells his brother how much he admires and cares for him before breaking down. He asks Hae to leave so he won’t see him cry.

Tae-rin comes to pick Seok-joo up from the hospital. She sits far away and calls him instead of approaching directly. She asks him if he wants comfort or if he wants to be left alone. He looks at her, and she then sits beside him and pats his back.

Later, Hae and Je-yeon go out to eat together. Je-yeon tells him about quitting her job. When Hae goes to pick up food, he suddenly feels dizzy.

He tells her not to follow him to the restroom, knowing she will anyway. To stop her, he texts that he went to a farther restroom because the nearby one is under construction. Je-yeon secretly follows and sees him struggling, but she doesn’t approach him.

When Hae returns, he lies about getting lost. As they sit together, snow begins to fall. In a series of parallel scenes, the snow brings warmth to everyone:

Pil-doo and Chan share a moment outdoors, Geon-no feeds stray cats, Gi-ppeum offers food to Han-na, and Nu-ri and Sa-rang play in the snow. Seok-joo and Tae-rin share drinks, and she smiles as he finally smiles again. Under the snowfall, Hae and Je-yeon walk together. “When you’re too happy,” she says softly, “it can be scary too.”
