Pop Corner: Bon Appetit, Your Majesty Episode 10 Recap: Ji-Yeong Faces Imprisonment and Torture

Episode 10 was all about saving the life of Prince Jin-myeong. However, it was not only him who needed saving but also Ji-Yeong, who was accused of tampering with the young prince’s food. This accusation led to her being imprisoned and tortured under the orders of Queen Dowager Ja-Hyun, Jin-myeong’s mother. The situation quickly grew dangerous, as Ji-Yeong’s fate seemed sealed despite her innocence.

The King, who was initially unaware of the matter, fell into instant rage when he discovered what had happened to Ji-Yeong. His anger boiled over to the point of nearly causing a war between him and the Queen, as he could not hold back and pointed a sword directly at her. Helpless and in pain, Ji-Yeong begged Lee Heon to withdraw his blade and focus instead on finding a way to prove her innocence.

Determined, both Ji-Yeong and the King exhausted themselves searching for the real reason behind Prince Jin-myeong’s sudden illness.

After sleepless nights worrying for her, Lee Heon could no longer hold back. He pulled her into a hug and kissed her.
