Doh Kyungsoo and Ji Changwook gear up for another action-filled drama titled The Manipulated, streaming on November 5 at Disney+.
Ji Changwook plays the role of Tae Joong, a deliveryman who was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Doh Kyungsoo’s Yo Han orchestrates his suffering, prompting him to carefully plan his revenge.
First look at The Manipulated
Disney+ first dropped a teaser last September 29, which already gave us goosebumps from Doh Kyungsoo and Ji Changwook’s acting prowess.
The teaser highlights Tae Joong’s simple life as a deliveryman and his journey of revenge after suffering imprisonment. During working hours, he finds a lost cellphone on the street and is compelled to return it to its owner. Little did Tae Joong know that his life was about to change, as he faced charges for multiple crimes.
Tae Joong falls into despair but eventually becomes determined to uncover who was behind all the misfortunes happening to him—all while Yo Han watches his every move through multiple camera shots, as seen in the teaser.

On October 15, 2025, Disney+ dropped the official trailer for The Manipulated, with fresh details and insights about the characters. In the trailer, Tae Joong’s determination to find the real culprit intensifies. His curiosity grows as he looks for the person responsible. As the trailer text declares:
I have been manipulated.
Tae Joong eventually discovers Yo Han orchestrated his misfortunes. The trailer reveals his prison break, driven by a thirst for revenge and a desire to get even with Yo Han.
Beyond its mind-boggling plot, the trailer perfectly highlights the tension between protagonist and antagonist through gripping sequences of intense action. The escalating drama between Tae Joong and Yo Han adds to the excitement and intrigue surrounding the show.
The Manipulated premieres on November 5, 2025 with the first four episodes, followed by two new episodes released weekly on Disney+.
