“I don’t want to give you my heart just to end up with nothing,” Kelvin says, making Vier say that he’ll prove he’s serious about him in Yesterday episode 3.
Aired on February 16, Yesterday episode 3 shows Vier and Kelvin officially becoming business partners and celebrating the grand opening of their hotel, V&V Group. When Kelvin admits he doesn’t want their relationship to be just a one-night stand, Vier proves he is serious, and the two soon become boyfriends. However, in the present timeline, Vier confronts Kelvin, saying he’s a liar.

Yesterday Episode 3 Recap: Vier and Kelvin as Business Partners
Vier officially invests in Kelvin’s hotel proposal, saying he trusts Kelvin not to let him down or betray him. In response, Kelvin gives Vier half of the shares and names the business “V&V.” He promises that as the hotel grows, they will face everything together. From that moment on, they became official business partners.
Afterward, Kelvin brings Vier to the resort’s construction site. However, a local who refuses to relocate throws dirt at Kelvin. Although Kelvin confronts the locals, he chooses not to escalate the situation, as they believe they have lost their homes because of the hotel.
Meanwhile, Vier calmly speaks with the local who threw the dirt. He explains that the hotel is not taking from the community, but instead “giving the world a chance to see their culture and skills.” He adds that their crafts will soon become souvenirs, creating income for the locals. Kelvin then supports Vier’s words, assuring them of jobs and fair earnings from their crafts. Because of this, the locals begin to understand and agree.
Kelvin Refuses to be Just a One-Night Stand in Yesterday Episode 3
Vier and Kelvin spend the night with the locals, which helps ease the earlier tension.and Kelvin gets drunk and sincerely thanks Vier, saying that having him by his side and supporting him feels nice, which ends the moment with a kiss. However, later that same night, when Vier tries to take things further in Kelvin’s room, Kelvin pushes him away, leaving Vier upset.
Afterward, Vier drinks alone, and when someone forces him to drink with them, Kelvin steps in to help. As their frustrations surface, Kelvin finally says he doesn’t want it to be just a one-night stand, saying, “I don’t want to give you my heart just to end up with nothing.” Realizing this, Vier apologizes and assures Kelvin that he is serious about him and will prove it.
From then on, they spend more time together, going on dates while also strengthening their business partnership. Eventually, Kelvin properly meets Lalit, Vier’s best friend and assistant, after Lalit gets into an accident and Vier takes care of him.
Seeing how close they are makes Kelvin jealous. Later, when they are alone, Kelvin admits his jealousy and tells Vier not to flirt with anyone else, making it clear that he wants to be the only one in Vier’s eyes.

Grand Opening of V&V Group
Soon after, the grand opening of V&V Group takes place. Although Ken believes he has sabotaged the event, Kelvin and Vier are already aware of his plan. In fact, the guests Ken thought would skip the opening already knew his scheme. Thanks to this, the event goes smoothly, and the two successfully tour the guests around the hotel.
Later that night, Kelvin surprises Vier with a room filled with the memories they have shared. He also wears the gift Vier gave him, and the night ends with intense intimacy.
When Kelvin wakes from another nightmare, he thanks Vier for staying by his side. He admits that his life has recently been full of happiness—he has his own hotel and someone who truly loves him by his side. In response, Vier promises to make sure KING Group rightfully belongs to Kelvin. He vows to make those responsible pay and restore everything to its true owner.
KING Group Faces Financial Struggles
A few days later, Kelvin meets Vier’s father, who praises their business and encourages them to keep it growing. They also approach Mes, the famous actor, to be the presenter for their business, and he shows strong interest.
However, Ken later convinces Mes to double his pay and make him the sole brand ambassador of KING Group, insisting that they sign the contract immediately. When Vier and Kelvin discuss it, they realize this is risky because KING Group is already struggling with cash flow, that this contract would make the situation worse.
Sure enough, Mr. Khatha scolds Ken, saying, “Cash flow is the bloodline of a business. If the money coming in can’t keep up with what’s going out, even companies worth billions can collapse in months.” He warns that businesses fail every year due to cash flow problems.

Present: Vier Calls Kelvin a Liar in Yesterday Episode 3
In the present, Vier pushes Kelvin away, throwing out the food he prepared, and says, “Between us… it’s over.” Kelvin, confused, asks if he was really that wrong for doing that one thing and wonders if it is truly unforgivable to Vier, reminding him that they had promised to stay together forever.
Vier lashes out, saying he loved Kelvin, did everything for him, and gave him everything he had, adding, “And you… what did you ever give me?” Kelvin replies that he loves Vier just as much, saying that he has already given him his whole life. Vier, however, calls his love full of lies and betrayal, adding, “The kind of love where you lied to me? You betrayed my trust… And if this is the life you think you gave me, I don’t want it at all.”
Kelvin argues that in business, competition and deception are normal, insisting, “Everything I did was for the sake of both of us.” Vier counters, accusing Kelvin of exploiting the technology he developed, siding with W Group for his own benefit, and using VPG Group to take over KING Group. He calls Kelvin “a liar, full of shit and disgusting,” adding that just breathing the same air as him makes him sick, which enrages Kelvin.
Yesterday Episode 4 Preview and Release Date
Yesterday episode 4 takes fans closer to discovering what Kelvin did to make Vier hate him. Tensions flare as Lalit confronts Kelvin for betraying Vier. In the next episode, Vier will also be kidnapped, held for ransom, and beaten. Catch it on February 23 at 9 PM (GMT+8) on WeTV.
