Than seems to be getting jealous of the relationship between Pheem and Jason. Chet gets a warning from his father about his attempts to kill Pheem.
The Wicked Game episode 5 aired on October 25 via iQIYI and One31 YouTube Channel. This episode explores how Pheem uses Jason so he can take over Thanavej Hospital. Chet was threatened by how Pheem is trying to get in his way, prompting Phakpoom to kill him again. But this time, their father interfered, saying that as long as Pheem helps them with the business, no one should harm him. Pheem uses the past with Than to keep him by his side.

Than’s Unspoken Jealousy with Jason and Pheem in The Wicked Game Episode 5
In the previous episode, Pheem asked Than to go home alone and joined Jason in the car. Thus, the beginning of this episode shows Than singing a heartbreak song on stage with his friends. After singing, he sat down and pulled out his phone to send a text to Pheem, saying that if he changed his mind and wanted Pheem for Than to pick him up, he would. But that text was never sent.
Meanwhile, Jason and Pheem are drinking together and talking about Thanavej. The two are planning how they can take over Thanavej Hospital and bring Chet down. Amidst their conversation, Pheem teases Jason by drinking his wine. The two ended up in a room, having their intimate moment together.
The scene shifts to Than receiving a call from Dr. Nit, telling him that someone was following him. Than immediately called Pheem to tell him, which interrupted Jason and Pheem’s time.
When Pheem arrived at the hospital where Dr. Nit works, he learned that the stalking was all a misunderstanding. It was just a patient wanting help from the doctor. Dr. Nit said that he already clarified it to Than, but Than said he forgot to tell Pheem.
Pheem assumed that Than purposely didn’t tell him about it, knowing that Pheem was spending time with Jason. Pheem said that Than was jealous because of that, but Than refused to admit it (but I think he’s really jealous).

Risa Helped Pheem in Arranging a Meeting with His Father
Amidst the worry over the possible investor in Thanavej’s project, here’s Risa and Pheem planning it all out. Risa helped Pheem arrange a meeting with their father so Pheem could propose a solution for their dilemma. Chet was enraged when he saw Pheem, but their father asked Pheem to talk to him in the office.
While still doubtful, their father saw Pheem’s offer as an opportunity to stop their financial dilemma. After Pheem convinced their father to accept his and Jason’s offer as investors, the two returned to Risa and Chet.
Pheem thanked Risa for arranging a meeting for him so he could talk to his father. In return, their father made Risa the new Strategic Planning Department head, Pheem’s previous position. She became Thanavej’s representative in charge of coordinating with Jason.
Chet’s unlikely reaction and confrontation with Pheem caused Than to doubt Pheem’s actions once again.

Than’s Doubt About Pheem’s Real Intention
Than’s friends working on Wut’s case—the runaway pharmacist who saved Chet’s name, claiming he’s the one behind the Fentanyl case—found a lead on where he might be. Than hurriedly went to Pheem’s place despite Pheem telling him earlier that it was his day off.
When he arrived, Pheem kept cutting him off, saying this could wait for another day. But Pheem was persistent—until he saw Jason coming out of Pheem’s bathroom. His face changed in a snap, and he left Pheem’s condo.
Pheem was about to follow him, but Jason stopped him. Jason asked what Than was doing in Pheem’s condo. Pheem just said that he was delivering a message to him.
This led to Than doubting Pheem again, especially after what Chet said. He began questioning if Pheem was really going to help him or if he was just using him to get revenge and take over Thanavej.
Phakpoom’s Attempt to Kill Pheem
After learning that Pheem might succeed in inheriting the hospital, Chet decided to inject a drug into himself. Phakpoom saw it and quickly ran toward Chet to stop him. Chet blurted out that he was worried Pheem might steal the hospital from him.
Phakpoom assured him that Pheem wouldn’t be successful in doing so. This led Phakpoom to go to Than’s residence to kill Pheem. Than saw a red dot on Pheem’s forehead and immediately covered him, knowing it was a sniper.
Than asked Pheem to look for a place to hide. But the two were cornered by Phakpoom. Fortunately, Danai, their father’s bodyguard, arrived. Danai told him that their father was looking for him.
The scene shifts to their father kicking Phakpoom in front of Risa and Pheem. Chet came and protected Phakpoom from his father, but they both ended up getting beaten. Their father warned the two to stop harming Pheem since he was helping the hospital.

Pheem Revealed That He Was the Child Than Helped Before
When Pheem and Than got into Pheem’s condo, Than helped clean Pheem’s wound. Pheem asked if Than was still mad at him. In response, Than said that he’s not like Phakpoom. He can’t expect him to be his lapdog or wag his tail. Than said that from now on, they’ll only talk about work-related stuff.
This led to Pheem deciding to let Than know about their connection in the past. He asked Than to pick up a black box in his room. Inside that black box was a small red box. When Than opened it, he saw a Thunder Man ring—similar to what he had before.
Pheem revealed that he was the kid that Than helped and protected before from the bully. He even called himself the “Thunder Cop.” Than asked if he was Team, and Pheem nodded.
Pheem, with tears in his eyes, hugged Than and told him that he promised to protect him. He reasoned that he couldn’t tell the truth because he was different from the kid before—he became heartless, and all he could think of was revenge.
After that emotional confession, Than hugged Pheem back. He cried at Pheem’s words and said that he’ll protect him, like what he promised.
The Shifts in Pheem’s Plans
Chet found another way to stop Pheem’s plans. When Pheem heard this through Risa, he suddenly became interested again in Wut’s case. He said that if Chet gets in their way, the only thing to do is to remove him completely.
Pheem went to Than to ask if he had another lead on Wut’s whereabouts. But there were no updates so far. So Pheem and the others devised a plan to know where Wut was.
Pheem called Risa and told her that he already knew where Wut was. Phakpoom overheard it and immediately called Chet. As expected, they went to Wut to hide him somewhere else. Than, Pheem, and Parn cornered them.
But Wut escaped while Chet, Pheem, Than, and Phakpoom wrestled with one another. Parn followed Wut, but the man escaped. While running away, Wut was hit by a car. As the episode concludes, there’s no clear evidence if Wut is alive or dead.

Episode 6 Preview and Release Date
Episode 6 teases Than and Pheem’s conversation, where Than promises him to be his friend and protect him forever. The two spend time together, but Risa warns Than that he might just be a lapdog to Pheem. Chet’s father warned him that he can do anything he wants as long as the hospital’s reputation won’t be affected. Another preview shows Jason and Pheem firing bullets at someone (or against each other). Chet stirred more chaos in Than’s mind by telling him that Surasak and Wut were killed by Pheem.
