The saga of who will be the successor of Thanavej Hospital continues with Chet going to the extent of killing Pheem. But Pheem comes back with a bang.
The Wicked Game episode 4 aired on October 18 via iQIYI and One31 channel. This episode highlights another plan of Chet against Pheem. This time, it’s not just a warning but a deliberate declaration of death towards Pheem. But with Thun’s help, he escaped. Now, he’s back with a stronger and wiser plan to get back at Chet.

Phakpoom Tries to Kill Pheem in The Wicked Game Episode 4
The intensity of this series keeps on rising every episode. This time, another plan of Chet to kill Pheem was made by Phakpoom, his bodyguard. While having their moment together, Thun heard a car and footsteps. It was Phakpoom and his men, ready to fire at them.
With Thun’s reflexes, he was able to cover Pheem. The two ran to escape Chet’s men. Fortunately, Arisa and her bodyguard, Parn, came to rescue Pheem and Thun. Parn fired back at Phakpoom and the others while Arisa drove away.
They went to Arisa’s safe house and assured them that Chet would not find them there. Thun suggested to Pheem that he should tell his father what happened because what Chet did was over the line. But Pheem told him not to, as his father doesn’t really care.
Amidst that conversation, Pheem brought up to Arisa that she was the one behind the evidence of Chet’s involvement in the drugs, while Parn was the one who helped them escape during Ray’s party.

Chet’s Plan Failed Once More
In order to beat Chet, Pheem and Arisa worked together. With Mrs. Nit’s help, they were able to capture Chet having a deal with someone who’s involved in drugs as well. Chet was convincing Senator Surasak to invest in their upcoming hospital.
Thun shared that this senator had a ton of drug cases about him. But the police couldn’t do anything—that’s how powerful he is. That’s why if he became Chet’s partner, it would be over for Pheem.
When the morning came, the news aired with a headline of Senator Surasak’s car exploding. This came to the attention of Thanavej’s chairman, and Chet was undoubtedly enraged with the news.
Thun Accused Pheem
The news also reached Thun. After knowing it, he hurriedly went to the safe house and confronted Pheem. He accused Pheem of the explosion. But Pheem denied it, saying he’s not involved in it.
But Thun was convinced that it was him. If the senator died, the only beneficiary would be him because Chet would no longer have an ace. Thun walked out and came home late. Pheem asked him to talk to him.
Seeing how mad Thun was, Pheem apologized. But he was firm that he didn’t do it. Still, Thun expressed his disappointment over him. Thun almost left Pheem and cut his connections with him. But Pheem promised that after dealing with Chet, they would look into the senator’s explosion. He asked Thun to trust him.

Jason Lee—A New Investor
With Senator Surasak out of the picture, Pheem planned his return to the hospital. This time, with the help of someone he knew from Singapore. Jason Lee, as Arisa quoted, is Pheem’s sugar daddy in Singapore.
This made Thun flash back to the day when Chet said that Pheem used someone in Singapore. Jason and Pheem were left in a room. Jason strangled him, saying how Pheem took tens of millions from him. It seems like Pheem will use Jason to strike back at Chet by making him an investor—but in a different company.
During the Chiwa for Life Foundation ceremony, Chet and his father went to congratulate its owner, also to ask if he could become an investor in the health center project where Senator Surasak worked before.
This is where Jason showed up, which made Chet and his father surprised. What stunned them even more was Pheem being with Jason. This enraged their father, who ordered Chet to find a solution to this.
Before the episode concluded, Pheem told Thun to go back first as he was coming with Jason. Thun insisted on waiting for Pheem, but Pheem convinced him to go. Thun was left there, while Pheem came with Jason.

Episode 5 Preview and Other Details
Episode 5 teases Thun still waiting for Pheem, but Pheem is taking his time with Jason doing “something.” Chet is worried that Pheem might get everything after this, but Phakpoom assures him that he will not let that happen.
Another attempt to kill Pheem is executed by Phakpoom. Arisa tries to stand against Chet. The episode will also feature another conflict between Pheem and Thun because of Jason. This will lead to Thun setting a boundary with Pheem, keeping everything strictly related to work.
