Emmaly is known across the world for the strength of its fencers, with many ranking among the best in the world. In the final episode of The Next Prince, the royal competition concludes with an intense fencing match between Prince Khanin and Prince Ramil.
The series features Zee Pruk Panich as Charan, NuNew Chawarin Perdpiriyawong as Prince Khanin, Jimmy Karn Kritsanaphan as Prince Ramil, Ohm Thanakrit Chiamchunya as Paytai, Net Siraphop Manithikhun as Prince Calvin, JJ Radchapon Phornpinit as Jay, and Kris Charintip Rungthanakiat as Princess Ava.
Set in the monarchy of Emmaly, where heirs from each region compete for the throne on behalf of their fathers, the story follows Prince Khanin of the Assavadevathin. Charan, a loyal royal bodyguard, brings Khanin back, unaware of his royal roots, to join the competition and uphold the Assavadevathin reign.

The Next Prince Episode 14 Recap: The Royal Fencing Competition Officially Begins
The Royal Fencing Competition kicks off with a fierce duel between Prince Khanin Assavadevathin and Prince Ramil Bhuchongpisut.
The match started with Ramil immediately scoring the first point, followed by another. However, Khanin stayed focused, catching up with his own points, making the match even more intense. Ramil then fell, but Khanin lent a hand to help him up, and they continued the match.
Eventually, Prince Khanin Assavadevathin wins with 15 points, securing another reign on the throne for the Assavadevathin clan.
Meanwhile, the King, who was watching the competition from his hospital bed, passed away just after Khanin won the match.

Ramil finally confronts his father; Ramil and Paytai reunites
Ramil finally stood up to Prince Rachata, expressing his pain and disappointment, saying he only wanted to be a good son and prince, but his father’s greed for power took everything from him.
“We may still be father and son in name, but from this day on, I will no longer serve under your command.” With that, he turned and walked away—never once looking back.
Days later, Ramil reunites with Paytai and immediately breaks down, apologizing for not being the lover he deserved and saying he was left with nothing. Paytai gently reassured him that he was still by his side—and always would be.

The future plans of Khanin and Charan
Tharin is officially crowned King of Emmaly and vows to bring change, especially by addressing environmental issues. Khanin supports him but remains uncertain about his own path as a prince.
During the celebration, Charan and Khanin proudly dance in the grand hall, as if they were the only two in the room.
Later, Tharin gives Khanin his blessing to live freely. Charan gently asks if he is the reason for Khanin’s hesitation, but Khanin explains it’s more about their future. Charan chooses to stay and support the King, while Khanin decides to return to the UK to study pollution management, embracing a simple life over royal obligation.
Jay and Prince Calvin reconciled
Jay asks to meet, and Calvin immediately comes over to sincerely apologize. Calvin expresses that he doesn’t want to stay in Bhujar anymore and has grown to like the arts because of Jay—because he likes him—and Jay feels the same way.

Khanin went back to United Kingdom with Thatdanai and Chakri
As Thatdanai and Khanin departed Emmaly for the United Kingdom, Charan placed the pearl necklace around Khanin’s neck—a quiet promise to wait. Meanwhile, Chakri came along as well.
After a long time apart, Khanin woke up to find Charan beside him. Charan told him he was staying for good, that the long-standing promise their ancestors had made to serve the Assavadevathin had finally come to an end. It was time to follow his heart—and that heart belonged to Khanin.
And for the first time, Charan said he loved him—sealing it with a kiss.
Days later, Charan gave Khanin his parents’ wedding ring and proposed to him. He promised to cherish and take care of him with all he had, which Khanin wholeheartedly accepted.

The Next Prince Ending Explained
The Next Prince ends with love and prioritizing one’s own happiness triumphing over duty and everything else. Khanin wins the royal match and is next in line for the throne but chooses an ordinary life, while Charan follows his heart, ending generations of servitude.
Meanwhile, Ramil chooses his love, Paytai, and lets go of being a good son to his father. Prince Calvin and Jay embrace each other, and King Tharin vows to lead Emmaly into change—just as Khanin hoped.
