Feratu Used Jet’s Body for His Revenge in Revamp: The Undead Story Final Episode
In the series’ penultimate episode, it concluded with Jet trying to kill Feratu but failing. The opening of the final episode focuses on Jet’s past, where he was approached by Feratu and asked to pray in his room (since Feratu was known as Father Dracul before).
The adult Jet tried to stop Feratu from biting his younger self, but he failed. The scene switches back to the present where Feratu gains control of Jet’s body. Elise saw what happened and immediately ran to escape.
Methas received a call from Elise while having dinner with Ramil and the others. After taking the call, Methas hurried to come to Elise. Ciar volunteered to go, but Mekhin stopped him midway, saying he didn’t want to heal him again. So Mekhin went with Methas instead.
Methas saw Elise at the hospital with a vampire mark. Luckily, Mekhin was there to heal her. Methas called Ramil to let him know that Feratu had taken over Jet’s body.

Ramil and Punn Look for Feratu
After receiving the call, Ciar volunteered to look for Jet through his eyes. He found Feratu at the Hunter’s secret base. Ramil and Punn went there immediately. Punn asked Ramil how he could save Jet. Ramil replied that if Feratu is controlling Jet’s mind and body, he’d probably have to enter his mind.
Punn said he wanted to come with him, but Ramil warned him that it could be dangerous. If they got separated in Jet’s mind, he might not make it back. But Punn insisted on doing so, saying that Jet is his friend.
Ramil and Punn found Feratu at the base. He was acting desperately crazy. Within seconds, he got hold of Punn, strangling him. Feratu said that if Punn wanted to save Jet, then he should give his body instead.
Feratu was eager to kill Punn to take revenge on Ramil. Fortunately, Ciar came to help, and Punn escaped Feratu’s grasp. But when Feratu got a chance to fire his gun, he targeted Ciar. Mekhin quickly moved to help him.

Ramil and Punn Enter Jet’s Mind
Ramil became violent when he realized he couldn’t control or enter Jet’s mind. Feratu threatened to kill Jet. Ciar, Mekhin, and Methas tried to fight him, but the three of them failed. Feratu then shot Jet’s arm to prove that he wasn’t bluffing.
Elise said that Ramil wasn’t able to control his mind because of the headpiece he was wearing (one of the Hunters’ tools). When the headpiece was removed, Ramil immediately used his power to enter Jet’s mind.
In this scene, Ramil didn’t hesitate to kill Feratu. To prevent more danger and death, he had to do it. Jet, on the other hand, found himself returning to his body.
“Live Your Life” — Humans and Vampires
When all the conflicts were settled, Ramil chose Methas to become the leader of the vampires as well as the owner of the Jono Hotel. Pokpong also went back to school while still doing his part-time job. Ciar and Mekhin were also settled with their chosen paths.
For Elise, Jet, and Punn—their traumas from the past probably lessened. From now on, they will finally live their lives. Not as Hunters, but as humans who actually chose to live. Even Caster and Paul, the other Hunters, also found their purpose aside from being vampire killers.
Punn and Ramil also chose their own path by returning to the painting. In that place, the two of them will live forever together. Punn promised Pokpong that he would visit him. Like a supportive brother, Pokpong showed his love toward his brother.
Whether they’re vampires or humans, all of them deserve a life filled with peace and love.

Revamp: The Undead Story Ending Explained and Review
This GMMTV vampire-themed series is definitely a breath of fresh air. It’s not the common university trope or just the friends-to-lovers plot. It offers another range for BL dramas.
The ending of the series fits perfectly with its narrative. The real problem in this series is the effect of one’s rage. Jet’s wrath toward the vampires made him do things that harmed others as well. Although I somewhat understand where he’s coming from—he’s just a child—he caused more damage than good.
Meanwhile, Elise and Ciar’s character development in this series was well built. Methas and Mekhin are the characters I praise the most—with their pure hearts and loyalty like no other.
Punn and Ramil, of course, also did a good job with their roles. The actors behind them, Prem and Boun respectively, are seasoned BL actors. This is why there’s no doubt they were able to deliver this series smoothly.
With this series concluding, we hope that a wider range of themes in BL dramas will continue to be explored.
