Melody of Secrets episode 6 aired on January 16, 2026 via GMMTV YouTube Channel. Episode 6 centers on another discovery made by Jen about Pleng’s identity. Pleng leaves their house as he suspects that his grandmother is doing something to his brain. In addition, fragments of his forgotten memories start to appear. Tankhun plans to capture the killer with Pleng’s help.

Pleng’s Other Identities in Melody of Secrets Episode 6
Melody of Secrets episode 6 begins with Pleng following someone in the woods, only to see a person who looks exactly like him. Later, he wakes up to Tan’s voice and tells him that he had a strange dream.
Soon after, Jen conducts a check-up on Pleng. After the test, Jen identifies that Pleng might have multiple identities. Jen says that Pleng knows this identity exists but hides it deep within himself and does not give it control. She also adds that people with multiple identities often go through severe physical and emotional trauma.
Then, flashbacks of what happened in the past briefly appear in Pleng’s mind, along with the dream in the forest. Jen tells him that cases like this serve as a coping mechanism for the brain.
Pleng hesitates to tell Jen something but does it anyway. He says that when he and Tankhun did “it,” he felt like it was their first time. Soon after, Tan and Jen are left alone. Jen questions Tankhun’s choice, but Tan says that he knows what he is doing and that he truly loves Pleng.
Tan Plans to Lure the Suspect; Pleng Becomes the Bait
Tan appears on a television news show to talk about the luggage serial killing case in Melody of Secrets episode 6. He tells the interviewer that the police have already identified the killer. Tan also mentions that the killer is watching the show, which turns out to be true because the person who harms Pleng appears on screen.
Inspector Dao is also present and instructs the other officers to observe the people at the station. She says that one of them might act suspiciously. Dao tells her colleague that everything depends on Tan’s performance and whether the killer reveals himself.
Moreover, during the interview, Tan calls the murderer a coward. The interviewer asks if the interview might give the killer a heads-up. Tan confidently replies that they will soon catch the person.
Soon after, Tan disguises himself and goes to Pleng’s house. This move becomes part of their plan to use Pleng as bait—except Tan pretends to be Pleng. They exchange clothes and send Pleng somewhere else.
That night, Tan pretends to be asleep. The killer goes to Pleng’s room but instead finds Tan and gets cornered by the police.

Pleng Recognizes the Killer in Melody of Secrets Episode 6
Elsewhere in Melody of Secrets episode 6, the suspect refuses to say anything to the police. Tan then asks Pleng if he wants to reveal himself to the suspect. Later, Pleng sees the suspect and asks if he knows him. He also mentions his mother and grandmother, asking if the man worked for them before.
However, the suspect starts screaming and tells Pleng to get out. As his voice echoes, fragments of Pleng’s memories resurface. Pleng remembers a day when a house was on fire. The same man—the killer—helped him escape.
Tan Wonders About Pleng
In the previous episode, Pleng mentions that he does not like eating vegetables. However, in Melody of Secrets episode 6, Pleng shows Tan a vegetable dish and says that he likes it. Tan starts to wonder what is happening to Pleng.
He calls Jen and tells her that he feels Pleng is acting differently. Jen says that this change might be connected to Pleng’s other identities. Later, Jen attempts a hypnotic approach on Pleng. Pleng’s childhood memories then flash as the episode comes to an end.

Episode 7 Preview and Release Date
Episode 7 teases Pleng telling Tan that his apartment feels empty, so he wants to make it a home. Tan tells him that wherever Pleng is, that place is home. In addition, Tan mentions that Pleng’s violin might have triggered some of his memories.
The preview also teases that Pleng’s psychiatrist hypnotizes him and brings up his memories. Pleng’s mother wakes up and mentions Tankhun’s name, but she suddenly goes berserk and screams the word “die.”
