Me and Thee Episode 6 Recap: After the first kiss

After their first kiss, Peach pulls away, leaving Thee worried that he crossed a line. Back in his room, Peach calls his sister, Lookplub, to ask what she thinks after realizing he may have caught feelings for someone. She tells him that if the kiss meant nothing, he should walk away—but if it made him want more, he should keep going. She also reminds him, “Learning from others’ work can never be as good as seeing through your own lens.”

Still unsure, Peach later talks with Thee again at the beach. There, Thee admits that he rushed into intimacy because he couldn’t control his feelings and fears that he may have hurt Peach. However, Peach reassures him that he isn’t hurt—just surprised. He explains that he should have stopped the kiss when Thee leaned in but didn’t.

Peach also admits that even being friends with Thee already feels out of reach. In response, Thee opens up and says that their relationship is the one out of reach, as he is breaking the rules he grew up with by following his heart. When Thee asks if this is the end, Peach tells him not to rush the ending and says he wants to keep watching a little longer.

Smiling, Thee replies, “I’m handing you the remote to turn it off, but you’re throwing it away.” In the end, they spend time together, swimming and playing at the beach.

Rome and Mok join Thee and Peach at the beach hotel

Every year on Rome’s birthday, Mok brings him to their family’s beach hotel—the same place where Thee and Peach are staying. At first, Mok refuses to go because he wants to keep Rome from running into Thee and Peach. However, when Rome sulks, Mok gives in. Soon after, a staff member mentions that Thee is also at the hotel and not alone. Realizing the situation, Rome promises not to tease his brother.

Meanwhile, after swimming, Thee and Peach talk about watching the sunset. Thee offers to take Peach to a hotel known for its view, but Peach says it’s not about the place—it’s about who he’s with. Thee looks at Peach, agrees, and says, “The view beside me right now is more beautiful than any sunset in the world.”

Later, Thee admits that he wants to kiss Peach again, but only if Peach is truly willing. As Peach closes his eyes and Thee leans in, Rome suddenly snaps a photo, complete with a flash and shutter sound, ruining the moment.

Afterward, Peach officially joins the Lees at the hotel. Rome introduces himself as Thee’s younger brother, while Thee sulks over the interruption. Later, Thee checks on Peach in his room, worried that Rome may have disturbed his rest or vacation. Peach reassures him that everything is fine and that he doesn’t mind at all.

Peach learns about Rome’s birthday in Me and Thee episode 6

Later that night, Rome and Thee prepare a seafood barbecue themselves. Rome tells his brother that he spends every birthday at the beach with Mok, saying that they interrupted each other this time. Thee then says that he wants to keep his relationship with Peach hidden from their parents, and Rome agrees, as he is breaking the same rule.

Meanwhile, Peach and Mok talk while watching the brothers from afar. Peach learns that Rome comes to the beach every year on his birthday to experience a normal life—without bodyguards or escort vehicles. Wanting to do something, Peach suggests getting a cake.

However, Mok explains that the brothers are not allowed to celebrate birthdays. In the past, they were attacked during Thee’s birthday, which made their father fear that family gatherings could turn them into easy targets. He also reveals that Thee was sent to Thailand to reduce the risk and that Rome will eventually be sent even farther away.

Later, everyone checks the food and finds it completely burnt, so Peach and Mok start over and cook together. While eating, Rome casually brings out a gun that he thought Thee had forgotten, which triggers Peach’s trauma. Thee quickly hides it, but Peach steps away from the table to answer a call.

Peach breaks Thee and Rome’s rule about not celebrating birthdays

Peach talks to Plub on the phone, and Rome later joins him. He wishes Rome a happy birthday and hopes he finds the life he wants, even if it’s difficult. When Peach asks why Rome chose to come to the beach, Rome answers, “Because this is where I can live my most normal life.” He also asks about the rule that forbids them to love. Rome says that Thee has always wanted to break it and asks Peach to stay by his side—to guide him and give him the confidence that he’s doing the right thing.

Rome then went inside and tells Thee that Peach is a good choice. Suddenly, the lights go out, panicking the brothers and Mok. Peach then surprises them with cakes and wishes both brothers a happy birthday, breaking their rule. They continue celebrating—drinking and enjoying the night like normal people, free from their restrictions.

The next day, Rome thanks Peach “for the birthday party and for the first cake in my life.” Thee then asks Mok to take the gun home. He tells Peach that being with him makes him feel like a normal person—just the CEO of ARSENI.

Rome, on the hand, returns to Hong Kong, where Mok secretly gives him a DIY bracelet with “HBD R” on it. Seeing it makes Rome smile. Peach and Thee also return home. Peach doesn’t let Thee inside because Plub is there. Thee responds by saying that Peach is dating Theerakit Kian Lee—something worth showing off. Peach quickly shuts him down, saying, “We’re not boyfriends yet. Don’t be presumptuous or try anything sneaky.”

So, Thee says that starting the next day, he will chase Peach with everything he’s got.

Peach tells his sister that he likes a man

When Peach comes inside, Lookplub immediately checks on him and asks who he’s falling for. Curious, she wonders who is the girl that managed to pull Peach out of his break from relationships. After hesitating, Peach admits that it’s not a girl.

Plub smiles and says, “That person must be amazing and take really good care of you, right, Lookpeach? Because when you talk about him, you turn into this tiny thing.”

After a moment, she reassures Peach that she’s completely fine with it and pulls him into a hug. She says she has no problem at all, as long as that person is a good man who can take care of her brother. Plub then hopes this love brings Peach nothing but happiness—and that the person he loves treats him at least half as well as she does.

The kiss in the dark room in Me and Thee episode 6

The next day, Peach helps out at the ARSENI office and hands out souvenirs from his trip, including one for Mok. However, Thee gets annoyed when Peach doesn’t get him anything. His jealousy grows when he sees Peach spending time with Aran and the new photographer—especially when Peach feeds Aran. Still, Peach later messages him to ask what coffee he wants, which softens his mood.

When Peach brings the coffee to Thee’s office, Thee asks about his plans for later. Peach says he has a hobby to attend to. Thee wants to join, but a sudden meeting pulls him away. Later, Peach goes to the darkroom to develop photos from the vacation—mostly candid shots of Thee. As he works, he remembers Plub’s words that the photos would give him the answer he’s been searching for.

After the meeting, Thee joins him and notices the number of photos. Peach says they hold his answer—Thee does. His smile is the answer. Peach tells him, “It made me realize the wolf here is fake. You’re actually just a goofy golden retriever.” Thee smiles and replies that golden retrievers love their owners deeply. He then shows a photo he secretly took of Peach sleeping and says, “That’s when the puppy knew for sure who his owner is.”

This time, when Thee asks to kiss Peach, there are no interruptions. In the darkroom, Peach allows it, and they share another kiss.
