In Love You Teacher episode 4, which aired on April 4, Pobmek manages Solar’s class for the upcoming play, but Sun takes over as director, sparking conflict with Elsa and Aurora. Despite the chaos and a ruined set, the play succeeds, delivering a fun performance for the audience.

Love You Teacher Episode 4 Recap: Sun as Director
Principal Sodchuen calls a meeting to announce that the English Department’s Class Play Day is coming soon. Since Solar is unwell, Pobmek steps in to handle his class, with Teacher Jee helping him out.
They have the kids choose a director. At the same time, Pobmek hopes they won’t pick Sun, believing the play will go well. When Jee asks if Sun might sulk, Pobmek suggests tricking him with a lollipop to keep him quiet and obedient. However, Sun overhears everything. As a result, he turns the situation around, pitches a fun “Snow White and the Seven Avengers” concept, and convinces the class to choose him as director.
With the students protesting, Pobmek can no longer argue. Sun then teases him by handing him a lollipop—just like Pobmek planned to do to him.
The next day, Solar reassures Pobmek, reminding him that both he and Sun love acting. He encourages Pobmek to trust Sun and let the kids take the lead.
Pobmek Upsets Sun
Just as they begin to trust Sun to handle the play, conflict erupts between him and Elsa. She wants to play Snow White, but Sun chooses Aurora instead. Elsa argues that Aurora isn’t pretty enough for the lead, and Sun snaps back that Elsa isn’t either. Hearing this, Pobmek scolds Sun for handling the situation poorly. When Sun talks back, Pobmek removes him as director, leaving Sun upset.
The next day, Aurora skips school, saying she’s sick. Solar decides to stay awake to visit her, and Pobmek goes with him. They soon discover she isn’t upset about the fight—she actually injured her leg. She also admits she stayed quiet because she didn’t want to hurt Elsa further.
After hearing this, Solar reassures her that she truly deserves the lead role, a moment later revealed to be Sun all along. In the end, Aurora asks Pobmek to give Sun another chance as director, explaining that he only wanted to protect her. Pobmek agrees and gives Sun the role back, as long as he promises to do his best.

How Pobmek and Solar Became Boyfriends
On the day of the play, the set gets ruined, but Sun quickly takes charge and rebuilds it in the classroom, leading the class to a successful performance with Teacher Jee helping as props man. Before the show starts, Aurora and Elsa make up, and Elsa even switches roles to join as another Snow White.
As the play unfolds, Pobmek questions the sudden changes, but Sun reassures him, saying, “It doesn’t have to be good. As long as the cast is having fun, the audience will enjoy it too,” echoing what Solar once told him.
This moment brings back a memory of their past, when Pobmel helped him as his acting partner during an exam. Back then, when the professor asked about their relationship, Solar said they were just friends, leaving Pobmek hurt and disappointed. However, behind the curtain, Solar changed everything. He said, “I trusted you to act with me as a friend. From now on… trust me to take care of you… as your boyfriend,” and kissed him, marking their first day as boyfriends.
In the end, the play succeeds, and to celebrate, Sun asks Pobmek to take him to the beach someday—something he has never experienced before. Pobmek agrees, promising to make it happen.
Love You Teacher Episode 5 Preview and Release Date
Love You Teacher episode 5 teases that Solar, as Sun, could be questioned by the school’s higher-ups, so they decide to hide him. The episode is set to release on April 11, and fans can watch it on GMM 25, oneD, and the GMMTV Official YouTube channel at 9:30 PM (PST).
