The effects of Jerome’s ability to see the future are starting to become more frequent. Farm regrets getting into a relationship with Van in Head 2 Head episode 9.
In Head 2 Head episode 9, which aired on December 21, 2025, Jerome experiences more frequent nosebleeds because of his visions. He also starts sleepwalking, unable to separate reality from his dreams. Meanwhile, Farm begins to regret his decision to pursue a relationship with Van. Gambling their friendship no longer feels worth how their relationship turns out.

More Visions From Jerome in Head 2 Head Episode 9
Head 2 Head episode 9 begins with Jerome whispering to the wind, wishing for Jinn to come back. His parents surprise him with a cake for his 29th birthday. Jerome closes his eyes to make a wish, only to open them and see Jinn holding a cake for his 30th birthday. However, everything turns out to be just another dream.
When morning comes, Jerome redraws his dream and says that Jinn will return seven years after he disappeared. Jerome starts feeling dizzy and suddenly sees a glimpse of Jinn lying on a hospital bed.
Jinn apologizes for coming back and becoming Jerome’s burden. As soon as Jerome hears Jinn’s voice, he calms down. Jinn’s mom then invites Jerome to have breakfast at their house.
Farm Wants Them to Work
Van continues modeling for his juniors in the department. While they pose for photos, Farm waits for him to finish the shoot. Soon after, Van walks toward Farm with one of the girls. They apologize to Farm for taking so long, but Farm only nods.
When the girl leaves, Van tells Farm that he shouldn’t have waited and could have gone home alone. Farm responds that he doesn’t mind because he’s Van’s boyfriend. This comment makes Van fall silent for a moment, unsure of what to say next.
Van ends up cooking for Farm, but since he isn’t much of a cook, Farm helps him. While eating, Farm suddenly becomes serious and says, “Van, I don’t know how serious you are about us, but I want this to work.”
Instead of answering, Van changes the topic and asks Farm if he wants to go to the gym.

Jerome Gets Frequent Nosebleeds
While showering, Jerome once again sees a glimpse of Jinn lying in a hospital bed. He suddenly gets a nosebleed that won’t stop. He steps out of the bathroom and tells Jinn about it.
Jinn immediately helps him and gives him an ice pack. He worries about Jerome’s frequent nosebleeds and asks if Jerome’s condition has something to do with Jinn himself. Jerome, trying to lighten the mood, jokes about it.
Jerome tells Jinn that he loves him and asks if Jinn loves him too. Jinn replies that he has loved Jerome since they were seven years old.
Later that night, Jerome dreams again of Jinn in the hospital. This time, the dream ends with Jinn dying. When morning comes, Jinn goes to the bathroom and notices blood on his shirt. He checks himself but finds nothing wrong, so he rushes to Jerome. Jerome doesn’t wake up despite Jinn’s attempts.
Jinn brings Jerome to the hospital, but the doctor says that nothing is wrong with him.
Farm Becomes Distant From Van in Head 2 Head Episode 9
Mai becomes clingy with Van while they talk about Jinn and Jerome. He clings to Van’s arm, which makes Farm jealous. Farm directly tells Mai that he and Van are in a relationship.
Van denies it and tells Farm to stop joking around. Farm walks out and heads to his car. Van follows him, but Farm ignores him and drives away. Elsewhere, Mai visits Jerome at the hospital and lets it slip that Van and Farm might be in a relationship.
Van returns to the condo and finds Farm lying on the bed, pretending to sleep. Van lies beside him, calls his name, and hugs him.
The next morning, Farm arrives at school earlier than Van. When Van arrives, Farm immediately leaves. Even after class, Farm continues avoiding him. Van finally confronts Farm, frustrated by being ignored.
Van blurts out that he and Farm are dating in front of Jinn and Jerome. He asks Farm what more he wants now that he admitted it. Farm responds, “I fucking regret gambling our friendship on this shit.”
Van realizes his mistake and apologizes, but Farm grows tired of the constant apologies. Farm asks Van if he dated him because he genuinely liked him or because he just wanted something.
Jerome steps in and tells them to separate for now and talk again once they both cool down.
Jerome Can No Longer Separate Reality From Dreams
Head 2 Head episode 9 ends with Jinn seeing his mother talking to his father again. Jinn confronts her and asks what’s really happening. This is when he learns that his parents are dating again. Frustrated, Jinn leaves.
His mother follows him to the car. Jerome remembers his vision of Jinn and his mother getting into a car accident. He runs toward them, but the scene suddenly shifts to Jerome sleepwalking and calling Jinn’s name.
Fortunately, Jinn pulls Jerome back before he jumps. Jerome asks if everything is real or just another dream. He breaks down, saying that he can no longer tell reality from dreams. The two kiss before holding each other tightly.

Episode 10 Preview, Release Date, and Where to Watch
Episode 10 of Head 2 Head teases Van admitting that he thought he would eventually grow to love Farm. Jinn tries to help Jerome deal with his visions by staying by his side. In another scene, Jinn pulls Jerome’s hair while Farm stands between them. Van and Farm steal glances at each other.
The next episode looks even messier for everyone involved.
