Van and Farm’s friends get involved in the chaos of their relationship. Jerome assures Farm that he will not be alone in Head 2 Head episode 10.
Head 2 Head episode 10 aired on December 28, 2025 via the GMMTV YouTube Channel. Episode 10 centers on the aftermath of Van and Farm’s relationship chaos. Van receives a mouthful from Mai, who tells him that what he did was not right. Jerome stays by Farm’s side and reminisces about how their friendship started.

Van’s Selfishness Toward Farm in Head 2 Head Episode 10
Head 2 Head episode 10 picks up from the previous episode where Jinn sees Jerome about to jump off their veranda. Jerome cries to Jinn once he wakes up from sleepwalking.
Later, the scene shifts to Van and Mai talking about Van’s relationship with Farm. Van tells Mai that ever since he and Farm got into a relationship, Farm has taken good care of him.
Mai asks if that is the reason Van started liking Farm. Van admits that he isn’t sure. Mai says that he doesn’t understand Van because Van was the one who asked Farm to become his boyfriend. Van explains that Farm likes him and that he feels comfortable being with him.
Mai gets frustrated with Van’s reasoning because they are talking about Farm. Van can’t just toy with Farm’s feelings. Van responds that he has no one aside from Farm. Farm gave him a home, and he always feels warm when he is with him.
Mai tells Van that he used the boyfriend label to tie Farm to his side, which is incredibly selfish. Van says that Mai is being harsh. However, Mai reasons that Van can’t use his loneliness to hurt Farm. After all, this is Farm they are talking about—their friend.
Mai adds that they could turn a blind eye to Van’s exes or even give him a mouthful, but they can’t let him do this to Farm. Mai says that he wouldn’t blame Farm if he leaves Van for good because of the shit Van pulled.

Farm Knew the Truth
Elsewhere in Head 2 Head episode 10, Farm hesitates before reaching for Van’s phone inside the drawer.
In another scene, Van walks home when Mai calls him. Mai apologizes for lashing out earlier, but Van tells him that it’s okay because he was right. He asks Van to come over, but Van says that he is already at Farm’s place.
Mai asks what Van plans to do next and whether he will exploit Farm’s kind heart again. Van says that he will apologize to Farm because he realizes the terrible things he did.
Van stands in front of Farm’s dorm when Mai texts him. The message says that it’s better for Farm to learn the truth from Van rather than from anyone else. Mai tells Van that he needs to let Farm know that he was just playing with his feelings.
Van finds Farm on the veranda, smoking. He asks Farm to talk to him, but Farm asks what Van felt when Farm told him that he wanted their love to work. Van notices his phone in Farm’s hand.
Am I a freaking joke to you? You guys are so damn good. How did you manage not to laugh? I’m a complete moron for falling for an asshole like you.
Farm blows cigarette smoke in Van’s face before leaving.
Jerome Talked to Farm
At school, Jinn tries to knock some sense into Van and tells him that what he did was completely wrong. The group sees Farm walking by, and Jerome calls out to him. Farm continues walking, so Van tries to stop him.
Van tells Farm that if he feels uncomfortable with Van being in the group, he can leave. Farm shuts him down and tells him to leave him alone. Jerome follows Farm to the library and says that he kind of misses the place, triggering a flashback.
Jinn chases Jerome inside the library while Farm sits on the floor. Jerome uses Farm as a shield to stop Jinn. In the present, Farm says that Jinn and Jerome are the reason he got banned from the library for the entire semester.
Another flashback shows Jerome asking Farm to come with them. This is also when Mai and Van welcome Farm into the group. The five of them go to the cafeteria, where Mai notices Farm’s surname, which is similar to the university owner’s. They get curious, but Farm says that he is just a distant relative. From then on, they become a group of five.
Back in the present, Jerome and Farm move to another place. While Jerome talks to Farm, Jinn, Mai, and Van watch from a distance. Farm tells Jerome that he can go back to them since he was the last one to join the group. Jerome dismisses this and says that Farm has always cared more about others than himself.
Farm opens up about his family. His parents always told him that true love doesn’t exist, but he always believed that it does. However, his relationship with Van makes him question whether his parents were right all along. Jerome assures Farm that what he believes in is real. He also tells Farm that the group will not let him be alone. They will take turns staying with him if he doesn’t want to see Van.

Jerome Told Van About His Relationship With Jinn in Head 2 Head Episode 10
Jerome and Jinn let Van stay with them for the meantime. He tells Van that Jinn is his boyfriend. Jinn looks startled and asks Jerome if this is even the right time to say it. Jerome explains that since Van is staying with them, they can’t pretend they hate each other.
Van says that he already noticed how strange the two have been acting over the past few days. Jerome adds that Mai mentioned that Farm plans to pack his things. Jinn asks Van to give Farm some time after everything that happened.
Before sleeping, Jinn tells Jerome that he feels tired—from everything that happened with Van and Farm and all the chaos. Jerome tells Jinn to rest and assures him that he will handle everything.
Elsewhere in Head 2 Head episode 10, Farm tries to delete his photos with Van, but he can’t bring himself to do it. Mai suddenly appears and hugs Farm from the side. Mai tells Farm that even if people don’t love him, he does, then flashes a finger heart. This moment makes Farm smile.
Van Tries to Apologize to Farm
Van looks completely devastated. He can’t focus on his project and barely eats. He spaces out so much that the group starts worrying. Mai talks to Van and tells him that what he’s experiencing is a symptom—being heartbroken.
Mai says that he doesn’t want to push Van, but he doesn’t want Van to leave things unresolved between him and Farm.
Soon after, Van sits beside Farm and waits for him. When Farm notices, he ignores Van once again.
Later, Van goes to Farm’s dorm, but as usual, Farm doesn’t open the door. Van lies down on the wooden bench in front of Farm’s dorm. When he falls asleep, Farm quietly comes out and covers him with a blanket.
Head 2 Head episode 10 ends with Jinn placing chairs along the veranda, afraid that Jerome might sleepwalk again. The two end up kissing afterward.
Episode 11 Preview, Release Date, and Where to Watch
Episode 11 of Head 2 Head teases Jinn and Jerome cuddling early in the morning. Jinn looks for Jerome after Jerome tells him to go home. Van continues trying to apologize to Farm and tells him that he will follow him everywhere.
