Duang started making plans to pursue Qin with the help of his friends in Duang with You episode 2.
In Duang with You episode 2, which aired on February 7 via iQIYI, Duang began planning his moves to win Qin over. He tried different ways to woo him, but all of them somehow failed. Still, he managed to walk Qin home.

Duang with You Episode 2 Recap: Duang’s Plans in Pursuing Qin
Duang with You episode 2 begins with Duang presenting his plans to Jamie and Pae on how he will win Qin’s heart. His Plan A involves treating Qin to snacks because he loves eating them.
Duang says that if Qin accepts his snacks, it means he likes him. He adds that he will buy as many snacks as he can afford. Jamie then asks what he will do if he fails. In response, Duang reveals Plan B, which he calls “scare him into loving me.”
Duang explains that he will scare Qin and then comfort him once he gets spooked. He believes Qin will fall for him afterward. His friends immediately label the plan as weird.
Later, Duang introduces another plan: he will bug Qin everywhere he goes. Jamie and Pae call his ideas stupid but agree to help him anyway.
Giving Snacks to Qin and Scaring Him
Duang begins with Plan A by buying different kinds of snacks with Jamie and Pae’s help.
When he spots Qin with his friends, he follows him while carrying two bags of snacks. He offers them to Qin, but Qin refuses to accept them.
Despite the rejection, Duang keeps smiling widely. He insists that it is too early for him to give up.
After Plan A fails, Duang moves on to Plan B. He dresses up as Chucky and plans to scare Qin. Once again, his friends call the plan stupid.
Jamie and Pae act as his lookouts. When Qin walks in his direction, Duang appears to scare him. In Duang’s imagination, Qin gets frightened and eventually punches him.
The scene then shifts to Duang telling Jamie and Pae that he no longer wants to scare Qin. The scare scenario turns out to be only his imagination of how Qin might react.

Duang’s Face Around the Campus
In Duang with You episode 2, another one of Duang’s plans comes to life. He asks Jamie and Pae to cut out posters and stickers featuring his face. He then places the stickers all around Qin’s college.
This plan fulfills his idea of bugging Qin everywhere. Meanwhile, in Qin’s practice room, Duang and his friends create a heart-shaped sticker with Duang’s face on it.
Qin notices the sticker and immediately calls Duang out. He tells Duang that his actions cause trouble for others. Qin instructs him to remove all the stickers in the music room and the hallway.
Elsewhere, Qin’s friends ask him if Duang’s actions make him uncomfortable. Qin simply says no and walks away.
Some Other Plans of Duang in Duang with You Episode 2
Duang and his friends think of other ways to pursue Qin. They suggest that Duang learn to play the guitar or sing, but Duang admits that he cannot do either.
He says that if Qin truly does not like him, someone else who is better for him might come along. Pae comments that Duang sounds mature enough to move on. However, Duang clarifies that he is not moving on because he believes he is the best choice.
Later, Duang makes chocolates to give to Qin. He approaches Qin and asks him to play a game. Although Qin hesitates, he agrees.
Duang explains the rules: if Qin picks dark chocolate, he can request anything from Duang. If he picks white chocolate, Duang gets to make a request.
Qin chooses white chocolate. Duang then requests to walk Qin home. Qin says he prefers walking alone, but Duang replies that walking together simply means more time with him.

Duang and Qin’s Time Together
Eventually, Qin allows Duang to walk with him in Duang with You episode 2. Suddenly, it starts to rain, so Duang raises his hands over Qin’s head to shield him from getting wet.
They wait together on a bench. Duang plays music, and Qin pulls him slightly closer. Duang tries to lean on Qin’s shoulder, but Qin stops him.
Soon after, they arrive at Qin’s condo. Because of this, Duang feels so happy about their time together that he later draws a picture of them sitting on the bench.
Duang with You episode 2 ends with Alice asking Duang to dance at the open house. He refuses at first, saying he is not good at dancing. However, when he learns that he will partner with Qin, he immediately agrees.
Episode 3 Preview and Release Date
Episode 3 teases another meaningful moment between Duang and Qin as they prepare to perform together at the open house. Duang says he does not want to disappoint Qin, so he vows to do his best. The two spend more time together while preparing and participating in various activities.
