Tar was murdered after confessing to his crime against Puifai during the killer’s Truth or Dare game, and it was revealed that the killer is targeting the entire group.
In Dare You to Death episode 2, which aired on December 25, the autopsy reveals Puifai’s cause of death, and Jade and Kamin discover that Tar is a womanizer. Things take a deadly turn when a masked killer murders Tar after he confesses to his crime against Puifai through the killer’s game, “Truth or Dare.” They soon found out that the killer was targeting the entire Avengers team after seeing the cards sent to Tar before his death.

Dare You To Death Episode 2 Recap: The autopsy result and the truth about Tar
The episode opens with Tar receiving a Truth or Dare card showing crossed-out photos of their friend group, Avengers. He immediately blames Champ, who denies any involvement.
Meanwhile, Jade and Kamin review the autopsy results. They find three substances used for death row inmates in the victim’s body, and the cause of death is heart failure from an overdose, with a needle mark on her arm. The time of death was between 12:15 and 1:00 a.m. The doctor says it was a girl who called the ambulance, though Cherreen insists it was Tonkla.
Jade suspects the students may have been confused, but Kamin wonders if the misinformation was intentional. They confront Cherreen, who grows nervous, clings to Champ, and admits she simply mixed up the details.
Jade and Kamin also speak with Champ, who reveals that Tar had been rambling about the Truth or Dare cards and accusing him of sending them. He adds the crucial fact that Tar was a womanizer who drugged and assaulted women, and that Tar asked Champ to meet him at Drink Me bar. Meanwhile, when they leave, Jade and Kamin suspect there migh t be a secret relationship between Cherreen and Champ.

At Drink Me Bar, Tar waits for a woman to get him a condom, but a masked man appears and attacks him, forces drugs into his mouth, and stabs him with a steel pipe after asking, “Truth or Dare?” Tar chooses truth, admitting that he raped Puifai. The attacker then stabs him again in the heart, placing the Truth card with it, ending his life.
Shortly after, Jade and Kamin arrive at the bar. Kamin spots Tonkla outside. They soon hear a woman scream upon seeing Tar’s body and rush over to confirm it. When Kamin later asks why Tonkla was there, he nervously claims he was just drinking with friends, raising suspicion about him.
Later, Jade brings Kamin to his house when she finds out Kamin couldn’t sleep at the hotel. She makes him their tenant and prepares breakfast the next morning. They ask Jay if Tar and Tonkla are close; he says they’re not. They also ask if Tonkla often goes to Drink Me, and Jay replies no, saying Tonkla finds it expensive and the drinks are bad.

Jade and Kamin in Tar’s house
Kamin and Jade went to Tar’s house and find his laptop full of pictures of women he exploited. Upon seeing it, Jade admits he sometimes almost sides with the killer, but Kamin insists, “No matter how shitty someone is, no one has the right to play vigilante.”
They then find the Truth or Dare cards showing Tar and his victims, along with a group photo of the Avengers, each of their faces crossed out in red. Kamin warns, “This is no longer a simple murder. The killer’s targeting the entire group. I think we’re dealing with a serial killer.”
Worried about his brother Jay, Jade calls to check if he has received a card yet. Seeing Jade tense, Kamin tells her that the most important thing is keeping Jay in their sight at all times. Jade asks if they can stop the killings, and Kamin replies, “If we work together, we’ll catch the killer,” adding that he’ll stake his badge on it.
Meanwhile, Tonkla receives a Truth or Dare card as well, showing pictures of him committing crimes and the crossed-out group photo again, with a note saying, “You knew what they did and did nothing because they bought you off,” hinting that he might be next.
Dare You To Death Episode 3 Preview and Release Date
Dare You to Death episode 3 teases Jade saying he wants to uncover the killer’s motive and find out who the next student target will be. Jade and Kamin also get into a fight, leaving Kamin injured. However, since next Thursday is New Year’s Day, there will be no broadcast of the series. Episode 3 will air on January 8 instead, on GMM 25 at 8:30 PM (ICT) and stream on Netflix at 10:30 PM (PHT) / 9:30 PM (ICT).
