Jordan Anthony teases his upcoming debut album with “Missing Me,” his latest single inspired by a surprise encounter with his ex.
On June 26, Jordan Anthony officially released his new single, “Missing Me.” The pop track bursts into life with its memorable hook and upbeat production. Paired with Jordan’s powerful vocals, it creates an infectious synergy that keeps you hooked until the end.
“Missing Me” was written by Jordan himself after he unexpectedly met his former partner at a bar almost a year after their split. Although she appeared calm and composed in front of him, he later learned from her friend that she had broken down after he left. The contrast she showed him ultimately pushed Jordan to write the song. It’s an emotional reflection of how humans, more often than not, act differently from what they truly feel.

Jordan Anthony is an Australian artist now based in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2019, he became a finalist on The Voice Australia and went on to represent Australia at Junior Eurovision. He also auditioned for American Idol in 2024, advancing to the Top 14 before being eliminated.
Since then, he has been gaining recognition through his independent releases and writing ventures. Some of his most memorable achievements include speaking at TEDx Perth, headlining RAC Arena’s One Big Voice, performing a showcase with We Found New Music, and opening for KAYKO’s Manic Pixie Dream Girl Tour.
In addition to being a singer, Jordan also excels as a songwriter. Currently, he has been partnering with writers and producers from Nashville and Los Angeles to expand his discography. His recent collaboration with Todd Tran, Joe Tounge, and Chase Cimala on “Missing Me” proved successful, helping him define the central concept of his debut EP.
