Li Pou’s Plans to Free the Lord Warrior in WU The Series Episode 8
WU The Series episode 8 opens with Li Pou’s past. Li Pou and his friends are on their way home when a group of thugs suddenly attacks and kills his friends. As he tries to escape, the men force him to bury their bodies. Li Pou fights back and attempts to take one of their guns.
Once Li Pou gets the gun, he immediately kills the thugs. The scene then shifts to the present, where Li Pou attempts to free the demon that Niran is trying to seal.
Elsewhere, Niran and the team regroup at the hospital to plan another attempt to seal the Lord Warrior. Fei gives Niran Li Pou’s birthday, believing that this will prevent Li Pou from harming him. However, they still advise Niran to stay hidden because Li Pou believes he is already dead.
Later, the episode shows Li Pou killing his current master and his colleagues. He then contacts Chaisak and offers him a chance to lead the country and gain ultimate power.
Meanwhile, Pete asks Niran to go out with him. Niran initially hesitates because he knows it could be dangerous. But Pete continues persuading him until Niran finally agrees.
Niran Meets Li Pou
Niran manages to communicate with Li Pou without physically meeting him. Since Li Pou has discovered that Niran is alive, Niran knows he no longer has to hide. He also believes that Li Pou cannot harm him because of the protection he has.
Niran tries to convince Li Pou not to release the Lord Warrior. He warns that freeing the demon will only bring chaos and destruction, which goes against the will of heaven. However, Li Pou argues that heaven never listens to him and says he would rather trust evil because it gives him power.
Niran and the Team Try to Seal the Lord Warrior Again
Niran and his team repeat the ritual they previously used to seal the Lord Warrior. However, as they continue the process, they realize that the Lord Warrior does not appear.
Meanwhile, Li Pou finds a temporary body for the Lord Warrior to inhabit. He believes he has succeeded, but the Lord Warrior immediately kills him after taking control of the body. The demon then abandons the vessel and leaves.
Niran once again contacts Li Pou through his ritual and finds him barely alive. Li Pou asks Niran to help him find his way to heaven, and Niran chooses not to abandon him.
As they continue the ritual, Niran tells Li Pou that nothing stands above the will of heaven. The episode ends with Niran attempting to seal the Lord Warrior once again.
Episode 8 of WU The Series expands Li Pou’s character by revealing his painful past and the reasons behind his desire for power. The conflict between Niran and Li Pou becomes more compelling as they represent opposing beliefs about heaven, justice, and the consequences of human choices. The episode successfully builds tension as the team races against time to stop the Lord Warrior from being unleashed.
