PerthSanta’s most awaited series Love You Teacher has finally premiered its first episode, where Pobmek’s boyfriend Solar becomes 7-year-old Sun after getting into an accident.
GMMTV finally premieres the first episode of PerthSanta’s most awaited series Love You Teacher on March 14. Pobmek, who has long relied on his boyfriend Solar, faces a sudden shift when Solar gets into an accident and wakes up as a 7-year-old named Sun. Pobmek ends up having to take care of his boyfriend in this childlike state.
Love You Teacher series tells the story of elementary school teacher Pobmek, who does not like kids. However, his boyfriend, Teacher Solar, does, and Pobmek loves him enough to make up for it. Then, when Solar suffers an accident, he experiences brain damage that causes him to revert mentally to the age of seven at times. As Pobmek takes Sun home, he suddenly finds himself dealing with children every day, with little to no rest.
The series features Perth Tanapon as Pobmek and Santa Pongsapak as both Solar and Sun. In addition, Sammy plays Acting Principal Sodchuen, while Kay Lertsittichai portrays PE Teacher Jee.

The Love You Teacher Series Begins
Love You Teacher series starts its first episode with Pobmek, unsure of what to say to the crowd. Instead, he tells a story—a story about a man, a teacher, and ultimately, himself. He begins with:
A teacher is supposed to love kids, care about them, and be ready to motivate them to grow and learn. But the problem is, he’s not into any of that. And he wasn’t sure he wouldn’t make it all the way through as a teacher.
Despite this, Pobmek says he still made it through, thanks to another teacher, Solar, who always supported him. Through her, he learned that:
“teachers are no different from their students. If students are growing and learning, then teachers are growing and learning too. And it’s a beautiful journey when you have someone by your side through it all.”
Meet Pobmek and Solar in Love You Teacher Episode 1
Six months before, Solar kept Pobmek on track every day—as his alarm, even calling him knowing he would turn it off. He prepares Pobmek’s meals and clothes, yet Pobmek still ends up late.
Meanwhile, Pobmek’s students argue about how many minutes he will be late, and despite his attempts to stop them, he eventually joins their chaos. Acting Principal Sodchuen witnesses everything but no longer scolds him. Instead, she introduces the new PE teacher, Jee, a childhood neighbor and longtime acquaintance of Pobmek.
Later, Sodchuen reminds Pobmek that teachers still have responsibilities, even if he insists he doesn’t want to be one. She also tells Pobmek that he chose this path, so he should still do his best regardless of his reasons.
Meanwhile, the energetic Solar—the reason Pobmek became a teacher despite not wanting to be one—enjoys teaching more than anyone. After class, Pobmek clings to Solar while Jee and Sodchuen observe them. Jee notes that they support each other, while Sodchuen points out that Pobmek relies heavily on Solar—and if Solar were gone, they would struggle.

Solar Gets Into an Accident
Solar takes care of Pobmek’s sore feet after he jumps the school fence again for being late. Feeling like a burden, Pobmek asks why Solar treats him so well and admits he feels useless, believing he has never done anything meaningful for him or others.
However, Solar reassures him and says he sees Pobmek improving in his own way. As he continues to massage his feet, the moment becomes intimate and turns into a punishment.
The next day, Pobmek wakes up earlier and prepares everything for Solar, but he falls asleep again. When he wakes up and calls him, a nurse answers and informs him that Solar was in an accident while crossing the road. Pobmek rushes to the hospital and blames himself, crying as he says, “I didn’t take good care of my partner.”
Later, when he visits Solar, he notices that Solar is acting off and seems unfamiliar with him. However, he dismisses it as the doctor confirms Solar is fine, and Pobmek brings him home.
Solar Mentally Becomes a 7-Year-Old Sun in Love You Teacher Episode 1
When Pobmek and Solar return home, Solar suddenly reacts defensively, even calling Pobmek an “Uncle Kidnapper” after seeing the handcuffs on their table. When Pobmek calls his name, Solar insists his name is not Solar but “Sun,” and asks to return to his original body.
After the confusion, Pobmek tries to explain their situation and tells him they are friends. He then asks his age, and Sun says he is 7 years old. Although Pobmek warns him not to cause trouble or he will be kicked out, Sun—acting like a child—turns the apartment into chaos. Eventually, Pobmek gets frustrated and raises his voice to stop him.
Sun then says he behaved badly and wants to go home to see his mother. As he cries under a blanket, Pobmek comforts him by giving him his favorite lollipop. He then reassures Sun that they will call his mother and later reads him a story to help him fall asleep.

Solar’s Letter for Pobmek
Pobmek begins by telling a story about a hedgehog and a squirrel living in the same tree hollow but staying apart. However, they eventually grow closer as they clean their shared home. A story similar to his story with Solar began when they first became roommates. As he looks at Sun, he eventually falls asleep.
Later, Pobmek calls Solar’s mother to explain the situation and assures her that he will take care of Solar, but he does not mention that Solar is acting like a child. While speaking, Pobmek tears up but tells her he is fine. She advises him to clean up to relieve stress, so he cleans the mess Sun made while remembering how Solar once gave him the same advice when they first met as roommates.
After that, Pobmek reads a letter Solar wrote before the accident. In it, Solar shares his worries about moving into the dorm and meeting a roommate, but he realizes Pobmek felt the same way at that time. At the end of the letter, Solar writes, “So whatever you’re worried about, you’ll always have me by my side. I love you,” which makes Pobmek cry. He responds that he loves him too while watching Sun sleep.
However, when Pobmek wakes up, Sun is gone, so he searches for him in panic. Then, Solar suddenly appears again in his usual self, as if Sun never existed yesterday. Overwhelmed, Pobmek hugs him tightly without saying a word.
Back in the present, Pobmek continues his story in the crowd. He says that even when someone you love is by your side, learning and growing is never easy. Challenges can come from within ourselves and from the people we care about.
Love You Teacher Episode 2 Preview, Release Date and More
Love You Teacher episode 2 teases Solar waking up again as Sun while at school. Jee suspects it is a mental health issue, but Pobmek says he will be there for Solar no matter what. The episode is set to release on March 21, and fans can watch it on GMM 25, oneD, and the GMMTV Official YouTube channel at 9:30 PM (PST).
Meanwhile, Perth Tanapon and Santa Pongsapak releases another song entitled “อะ-รัก-อะ-รัก (A-Rak-A-Rak),” a first official soundtrack for Love You Teacher series. The track is about someone expressing playful, affectionate love, willingly letting their special person tease, scold, and care for them because their heart belongs only to that person.
