Truths Come Out in Undercover Miss Hong Episode 13
Undercover Miss Hong episode 13 begins with an emotional reunion at the hospital. The women gather around Mi-sook, and Bom finally sees her mother after days apart. Mi-sook feels both relief and pain as she holds her daughter again. The moment makes her realize how serious her mistake was, and for the first time, she truly wants to keep living.
Meanwhile, Ju-ran uncovers a major secret. She asks Dal-su to bring in the bank manager from Saenera Bank, where the slush fund was stored. During the conversation, Dal-su sees a photo of Keum-bo, whom Ju-ran knows as Hong Jang-mi.
He quickly reveals the truth—Jang-mi is actually Hong Keum-bo from the FSS. To confirm it, Dal-su even visits the chicken shop to check if he remembers her correctly. Soon, Ju-ran also realizes that Bok-hee helped Keum-bo with the plan. She warns Bok-hee not to oppose her, but Bok-hee has already chosen where her loyalty lies.

Later, Ju-ran storms into the hospital and blames Mi-sook for her own suicide attempt. The situation quickly turns physical when Ju-ran pushes Keum-bo into a window while accusing her of stealing the slush fund. Keum-bo fights back and tackles Ju-ran, refusing to stay silent.
At the same time, Pil-beom worries that the Board of Audit and Inspection may use Hanmin as a scapegoat for the financial crisis. To protect the company, he plans to rely on the slush fund—without knowing it is already gone. Ju-ran keeps this secret from him for now.
Hidden Motives and a Failed Theft
Elsewhere, No-ra overhears a conversation between Keum-bo and Jung-woo. Through their talk, she learns that they once had a romantic relationship. She also senses that Bok-hee and Keum-bo share another secret they refuse to tell her, mainly because she is Pil-beom’s daughter.
Jung-woo later explains the situation to her. He insists that the rumors about DK Ventures trying to destroy Hanmin are a misunderstanding. However, he also warns that Keum-bo could be in serious danger if Kang discovers her identity.
When No-ra asks if he still loves Keum-bo, Jung-woo denies it and simply says he wants to avoid regrets. Later, he confronts Ju-ran and accuses her of abusing her authority by controlling every decision related to female employees. He also makes it clear that she cannot target Jang-mi—Keum-bo.
At the company, Mr. Oh prepares a list of employees to fire, and Jung-woo surprisingly adds Jang-mi’s name. Ju-ran refuses to let her get dismissed because she still needs to recover the stolen money. However, the office shows clear sexism, and Pil-beom does not understand why anyone would care about a low-ranking female worker.

Instead of firing her, they move Keum-bo to a remote position. Meanwhile, Cha considers quitting since salaries are delayed. While Bang Jin-mok struggles to find work and sells kimbap on the street. Finally, Ju-ran figures out that the stolen cash is hidden in the dorm and sends Dal-su to steal it.
Unfortunately for him, Keum-Bbo and Bok-hee are already there. Keum-so recognizes Dal-su right away, and Bok-Hee quickly pulls the fire alarm. The dorm warden and several residents rush after him, forcing Dal-su to flee the building empty-handed.

Jung-woo’s Plan Falls Apart in Undercover Miss Hong Episode 13
Shin Jung-woo carefully plans to bring down Hanmin with help from DK Ventures. For a long time, Pil-beom unknowingly plays along with the scheme. However, the team finally decides to stop it. Before Hong Keum-bo resigns from Hanmin, she gives Song Ju-ran a recording of Jung-woo and DK Lee’s conversation. The recording reveals their plan for a hostile takeover of Hanmin. They expect the company to go bankrupt and plan to file for court receivership at the right moment. Shocked, Ju-ran immediately brings the recording to Pil-beom.
This puts Pil-beom in a difficult position. Jung-woo is about to announce his engagement to Pil-beom’s daughter the next day. At the same time, DK Ventures holds enough Hanmin stock to crash the company’s value by flooding the market. Because of this, Pil-beom decides to act carefully. He meets with DK and presents a clear choice. Pil-beom threatens to expose DK’s investments in Korean companies and reveal his takeover plans.
If he does that, DK’s entire strategy in Korea will collapse, while Pil-beom will appear as a national hero. Instead, DK can walk away from Jung-woo and allow the financing deal with Hanmin to continue normally. Faced with the risk, DK chooses the safer option and abandons the takeover plan, leaving Jung-woo to face the consequences alone.
New Alliance and No-ra’s Choice
Later, during No-ra’s engagement party, the celebration suddenly falls apart. The event is grand and princess-themed, with guests dressed elegantly. However, Jung-woo calls No-ra and ends the engagement before the announcement can happen. Pil-beom refuses to appear as the villain in his daughter’s life, so he forces Jung-woo to step away.
The next morning, Jung-woo arrives at his office only to find everything gone. Security escorts him out of the building, leaving him unemployed. On his way out, Keum-bo mocks him slightly but asks him to meet her later that night. When they meet, she arrives late and presents an unexpected offer.
Keum-bo invites Jung-woo to join Yeouido Pirates. At first, he laughs at the idea. Then she reveals two major surprises. First, Yeouido Pirates now owns nine percent of Hanmin’s shares, making them a powerful stakeholder. Second, they plan to buy even more shares with the money they still have.
Because of this, Keum-bo wants Jung-woo to work with them as a mergers and acquisitions specialist. After thinking it over, Jung-woo accepts the offer. His decision makes Albert jealous, especially after learning about Jung-woo and Keum-bo’s past relationship.
Meanwhile, No-ra rushes to the dorms after her broken engagement. She even climbs over the wall and ruins her elegant outfit just to see her friends. When she enters her old room, she is stunned to see billions of won in cash stacked inside. Keum-bo and Bok-hee finally explain their full plan.
They reveal that they moved the slush fund money from hidden accounts so they could use it to help Hanmin’s employees. They also tell No-ra that she secretly has Swiss bank accounts in her name. If she wants, she can access the money and support their plan. Later, when her mother arrives and pulls her away from the dorms, No-ra simply says she wants to take a vacation in Switzerland.
