When the spring breeze blows again

On January 1, Mnet uploaded a brief teaser video to their YouTube channel. It featured Wanna One’s iconic cassette tape playing a line from the group’s song “Spring Breeze” – “Let’s meet again. We GO again.” Several members reposted the video onto their socials.

Then on February 1, Wanna One’s official Instagram lit up with a post containing notes from all eleven members addressed to Wannables. In addition to expressing each member’s eagerness to meet Wannables again, each note highlighted a specific letter. When lined up with the letters in the post’s caption (“ㅇㄴㅂㅇㄴㅇㄱㅇㅅㅁㄴ”), fans uncovered a secret message: “워나블 워나원고에서 만나” – “Wannable, let’s meet at Wanna One Go!”

We’ll meet again

In the vein of Run BTS and Going Seventeen, Wanna One Go was a beloved reality show that gave fans a glimpse into the daily lives of the members as they interacted and worked together. Reports state that this upcoming season is expected to air in April and run for six episodes. No news yet on whether new music will be released along with the show.

All members are confirmed to participate in filming, though Kang Daniel will be appearing in a limited capacity as he enlisted in the military last February 9. Meanwhile, several members (Yoon Jisung, Ha Sungwoon, Hwang Minhyun, Ong Seongwoo, Park Woojin, and Lee Daehwi) attended the preview of Park Jihoon’s film The King’s Warden, showing their support by doing with his iconic “jeo-jang” pose.

All I wanna do! Wanna One!

Wanna One is an eleven-member boy group made up of contestants from the second season of the hit idol survival show Produce 101. In order of final ranking, the members are Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwoo, Park Woojin, Lai Guanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, and Ha Sungwoon. The group debuted on August 7, 2017.

As a project group, Wanna One promoted together for one and a half years. Though they officially disbanded on December 31, 2018, the group attended year end shows and award ceremonies all through January 2019. Their last official group activity was their concert Therefore 2019. They briefly reunited in 2021 for a performance at that year’s Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).

With BTS and EXO also having their long awaited comebacks this year, third generation boy group fans have a lot to look forward to in 2026!
