Jinn and Jerome ended their hate relationship and turned it into something more romantic as they enter their boyfriend era in Head 2 Head episode 6.
Head 2 Head episode 6 aired on November 30, 2025 via the GMMTV YouTube Channel. Episode 6 explores the new relationship of Jerome and Jinn. Jerome finally opened up to Jinn about his dreams, telling him what they’ll be 10 years from now. Meanwhile, Van and Farm are stuck in a push-and-pull relationship—with no one admitting their true feelings.

Jerome and Jinn’s Boyfriend Era in Head 2 Head Episode 6
Head 2 Head episode 6 begins with Jerome telling Jinn that they are in love 10 years from now. The two ended up sharing a kiss—with both of them still confused. Jinn asked if Jerome is grossed out after seeing that they’re in love in the future, but Jerome said that he wasn’t—in fact it’s the opposite.
Jerome and Jinn put a label on what’s going on between them and finally became boyfriends. Though Jerome’s dreams are still confusing, it led him into Jinn’s arms. Elsewhere, Jerome received a sermon from his parents for sneaking out and driving again.
He tried to ask Jinn for help, but Jinn chose to stay silent instead—just playfully watching Jerome getting punished. Meanwhile, Jinn went home and found his mother already there. He was still acting as if he was sulking after his mother left for a trip without telling him, but she just apologized and tried to make him feel better.
In another scene, Jerome tried to call Jinn’s attention through the balcony. He told Jinn that he can’t sleep. Jerome added that he wants to cuddle his boyfriend. His remarks left a smile on Jinn’s face.
Jinn Worries About the Future and His New Relationship With Jerome
Jerome ended up being at Jinn’s room. Jerome tries to be sweet and clingy to Jinn, but Jinn still wasn’t comfortable with what they had. He said that their new relationship is somehow too fast.
Jerome, on the other hand, tried to comfort him by saying that it’s okay if he still feels uncomfortable. He will give all the time that Jinn needs to adjust to their new relationship. Jerome assures him that he will not pressure nor rush him.
He added that even if they don’t end up together, at least they’re on good terms. They won’t be living their life knowing they hate each other. Elsewhere, Jerome started telling Jinn about the dreams they have. He said that some of them happen in real life.

The Push-and-Pull Relationship of Farm and Van in Head 2 Head Episode 6
Van went home in the middle of the night drunk and almost passing out. Yet even though he was so lost in thought, Farm still nags about his frequent drinking habit. When morning came, Van was vomiting non-stop and said it was torture.
So Farm told him to remember this feeling so he would stop drinking so much. While talking, Farm mentioned that he’s already free on Saturday so he can go with Van. However, Van was playfully teasing him that if he comes, he cannot gossip to his parents about him.
Farm added that Van is allowed to drop his tough guy act or reckless act when he is with him. For a moment, Van went silent and just shrugged off what Farm had said.
Elsewhere, Van and Farm went to Van’s parents’ cemetery. They offered a prayer and Farm introduced himself. Farm asked him if he goes to his parents often. Van responded that only when he was down on their anniversary. Farm asked him again if it’s okay if he vents and no one answers, so Van responded:
Sometimes, I don’t want comfort or anyone stepping into my problems. I just want to let it out.
Farm said that Van can tell him anything if he’d like. But Van told him that he doesn’t tell him everything either.
Sweet Time for Jerome and Jinn
Jinn plans to throw the black book where he always wrote his feelings, but Jerome said that he’ll keep it and write on it instead. The two went to Jinn’s mother’s boutique. After arriving at the boutique, Jerome remembers one of his dreams where Jinn was angry because his dad appeared.
Elsewhere, Jinn invited Jerome to his room in the boutique where he always spends time. While in the room, Jinn was making something for Jerome. Meanwhile, Jerome was also drawing Jinn, but afterwards, he fell asleep.
Jinn went downstairs and met his mom. His mom said that she’s quite jealous of Jerome because he can sleep in his room. Normally, Jinn wouldn’t allow anyone there, even her—she needs permission to enter.

Friends or More in Head 2 Head Episode 6
Farm and Van went out to eat. Van brought up that Farm told his parents that Farm will take care of him. Thus he asked Farm what he meant by it. He asked how long he will keep taking care of him, then Farm said that until someone comes along and takes care of Van instead.
The two keep asking questions to each other. Van asked him if he wanted to take care of him forever, then Farm asked if he wanted him to.
You and I are just built the same. We stepped forward, then back. Forward and back. Over and over.
Farm said that he’ll stay still and let Van handle the rest. The two ended up spending the remaining day at the gym.
Jerome’s Dreams in Head 2 Head Episode 6
Elsewhere, Jerome had another dream where he saw Jinn and his mother in a car crash. He woke up and hugged Jinn immediately. The two settled on the sofa. Jinn asked Jerome if he wants to see a doctor because he’s worried about him.
But Jerome said that if he did, what if his dreams vanish—how can he help Jinn if anything happens? But Jinn said that he understood that Jerome is worried for him, but he’s also worried about Jerome’s health.
Head 2 Head episode 6 closes with Jinn and Jerome intertwining their hands and sharing a kiss.

Head 2 Head Episode 7 Preview and Release Date
Episode 7 of Head 2 Head teases more sweet moments from Jinn and Jerome as they enjoy their boyfriend era. Meanwhile, Van also asks Farm if he can be his boyfriend. So we might also get the FarmVan boyfriend era next week. To add, the next episode also teases the non-stop flirting of Jinn and Jerome—enjoying their time together.
