BOYNEXTDOOR is back again to prove that they can show off with their new album, The Action, which features five tracks.
On October 20, BOYNEXTDOOR releases The Action, a five-track no-skip album that contains the title song, “Hollywood Action.” This is the group’s second comeback of the year, after their fourth mini-album, No Genre.

The group being optimistic
The group said that their new album, The Action, is full of their ambition to push themselves for their personal progress at a comeback showcase on October 20 at the KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, via STARNEWS.
Taesan stated, “I want to become a team that is good at music and performance. I will work hard on that part.” He also said, “I also realized that it is important to convey energy to the audience. That’s why I do a lot of live performances so that they can feel the energy.”

He continued, “Rather than feeling burdened by being loved, I feel a sense of responsibility. That’s why I think we should give 120%.”
Member Leehan also said, “I feel like the stage is a more precious place. I was really nervous at first, but I think I’m showing more than what I practiced for. I always want to say thank you,” and “I will continue to work harder in the future.”
Since the release of their fourth mini-album, “No Genre,” in May, this album is the group’s second consecutive million-selling album. It also made a record by making it on the main album chart, the Billboard 200, for the fourth time in a row.
Moreover, four of the six members—Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak—participated in the album’s production.

BOYNEXTDOOR The Action Tracklist
Live In Paris
In under two minutes, this masterpiece will manage to astound you. The instrumental and vocals complemented each other well, and it sounded more relaxed. If this song were longer, it might be considered a title track.
Hollywood Action
“Hollywood Action,” with its bold and exuberant charm, radiates the self-assurance of a Hollywood star. This title track is an ideal fit for this album. The tune is undoubtedly their funkiest title track, and it truly surpassed my expectations. In fact, their actual voices were blended together to create the trumpet sound that reverberates at the song’s conclusion, which truly demonstrates their exceptional talent.
JAM!
Taesan and Woonhak participated in this album. This album features music that is surprisingly intriguing, experimental, and enjoyable. You can tell they’re having fun while playing with rhythms, given that I’ve got myself vibing, my head in sync with the beat. People might either like or dislike—no in between—this kind of music. It sounds just like something Taesan and Woonhak would want to write.
Bathroom
This song, “Bathroom,” is another too-brief hit. The chorus part and their distinctive voice definitely stand out in this song. The way they play the instrument enhances the song’s flavor.
As Time Goes By
This album features only one ballad, “As Time Goes By.” This melancholic, emotional tune perfectly complements the album’s finale. When they say they don’t limit themselves in music, they truly mean it. You always give yourself time to listen to these because they will never disappoint you, as is to be expected from their side track.
What I find most appealing about these kinds of songs produced by BOYNEXTDOOR is that they didn’t want to limit themselves since they wanted to show their fans that they would never stop learning to make more creative music for ONEDOORS.

Meanwhile, they recently concluded their promotion for this comeback. The title track “Hollywood Action” wins three trophies in music shows. Also, according to Hanteo, their latest album sold 1,041,802 copies within a week of its release, marking their third consecutive million-selling album.
The group expresses their gratitude to their fans, saying, “We now have a reason to keep running hard in the future. We will continue to make good music so that we can fill your lives with our music.”
